Nice bottles NJ03 A A4 sheet of paper, place it portrait way and fold it from left to right, then with your fingers press heavily on the fold. Open, put the snuff on the paper. This will fill anything, and works better then a funnel.

That probably works a lot better and a lot faster than a snuff spoon too
