we celebrate, when possible, by having the last garden-fresh salad of the year. Got Arugula, lettuce, beets, parsley, celery, and kale still. I’d like to say I am welcoming in winter, but actually it is more a time of saying goodbye to autumn.

I’m planning on observing with some OM 2015 Winter Solstice.
