Has anybody stateside received their Wilson’s order from the special yet? I sent them a cashiers check and they told they received it and it can take up to 10 days to clear.
What’s that? You have some Wilson to sell?
Not received yet ridenour, but did get an email stating the funds from my check had cleared and the order was to have shipped last Friday.
Well I guess I will just be patient then. They really need to get a Merchant acct. like Toque.
Just be aware that: 1. This Iceland volcano thing caused (and is further causing) a pretty big backup in all kinds of shipments in and out of N. Europe 2. If you had it sent via Royal Mail, realize that sometimes mail is VERY slow. While I live in Canada where I believe they purposely delay mail shipments, my last order from Britain took 24 or 25 days to arrive. That was pre-volcano. Mail to other countries can be faster, but it is rarely fast. 3. Wilson’s had quite a backlog of orders from their sale. I don’t think they are quite used to retail sales like that. So, there is a possibility of another thing lengthening the time it might take. I don’t know if they still have a backlog - that was a while ago now. I spend a lot of time deep breathing and trying not to let all this sort of stuff bug me. In fact, I try to forget all about the order so that I can be pleasantly surprised when it shows up. Just my thoughts.

I live in South Africa and my package took 15 days to reach me. So there was no delay with my order as it normally takes 2 to 3 weeks for a package to travel from either the UK or US to SA.
Well, thanks for the input, I took all your points into consideration Geraldo. I found it odd that a cashiers check took 10 days to clear but, it shipped today so I have something to look forward to next week.
@Geraldo: Where did you get the idea that Wilsons had “quite a backlog of orders” ? I ordered on Sunday and my snuff arrived in the mail on Tuesday.
@BradMajors - the Wilson’s people told me there was a backlog via email. That was a while ago now - right when the Wilson’s sale was on. Glad that you got your order quickly!

I tried the burgundy First one pinch kept leading to another. I just now took a pinch of the Best Dark I couldn’t wait love that dark tobacco! I Never tried either before I’m happy I bought them in bulk, Both are very nice.
