Great new design. Simple, clean and accessible. I certainly hope that you will eventually sort out your credit processor so that those of us in the US can once again order direct from the mill.

It would be nice if the snuffs had a description and reviews. Other than that very user friendly

@aamon all the suffs I browsed on the site had descriptions on the individual snuffs’ pages. @sharrow1, another observation I made was that Grand Cairo was listed on the new site. I heard that it was being discontinued and hope this means that it is being retained by WoS.

Very nice! 

But I have question concerning availability of Irish High Toast 22 and Royal George, if I remember they should not have been discontinued, yet they are not listed on the web. (Or am I blind?)

All of the snuffs in the Fruit, Spice & Flower catagory does not have a description yet. Also Ice lemon (non tobacco) is listed in Fruit, Spice & Flower section not the Non Tobacco section. Just something that caught my eye 

Good start there James. A lot cleaner than the old version, and nice to be able to order some of the ancillaries online now too such as the filters. There’s a shop in Rotherham town centre that sells a few, but otherwise I had to order them from other online retailers. Will you be bringing your full non-snuff inventory to the site? I notice you still have a lot of work to do, like putting the flavour options up for the vape juice. I wish I’d known you do those before… Great news to see that Grand Cairo survived the cull. I’m assuming the drums are the 1lb size? Please confirm. Also, are the F&T the 25g tins?

James, another thing I noticed is a lack of “next page” button to view all the snuffs. I had to increase the number of items shown per page instead

I would also like to know if the drums are 1 pound or 1/2 pound drums

More thoughts… 1) The Singletons snuff skips back to main snuff menu 2) A review feature would be nice 3) Some snuffs have descriptions, and some don’t (interested in what Rumney’s Brown is - The Ani Extra tells us what the green is) 4) Clarification needed on drum capacities, as all other snuff makers who sell bulk specify a weight, even if it’s just nominal 5) Varieties page needs updating to remove the ones that got culled, unless… 6) Have you considered doing special releases in future years (once you’ve got over the initial costs of the EU TPD fallout) of the snuffs that didn’t make the grade? Offering a few “specials” each year in one tin size plus drums, will let folks binge on their old favourites, whilst keeping your registration fees down to a minimum 7) F&T Menu page shows prices from 1.14GBP, but then jumps to large tin price once you select the variety. Continuity error 8) The pipe smokers kit, vape juice, and other products, are only accessible through clicking on “shop other smoking” at the bottom of each page, and not via menu options at top of page 9) Another continuity error - when on the smoking page, if I click select by brand, it shows (in brackets) 5 vape juice options, but if I click that box, only three are shown 10) Do I win a prize? 11) The new website launch news article mentions free shipping over 40 quid, but not UK mainland only 12) Clarification on international shipping? 13) Links to vendors in areas that you don’t ship to? 14) Tips on storage and rehydration? 15) I do like the “content” ratings, particularly the menthol as I am particularly sensitive to it, and try to avoid it - others will be quite the opposite 16) So about this prize… :-" 17) Smoking accessory menu needs work - you’ve got papers listed twice 18) in SP varieties, SP100 is not shown, but is listed in the filter by variety list as one type to see 19) Spear is shown under medicated, but doesn’t have a menthol content scale. That could be confusing to some, and for folks (like me) who don’t like menthol, they might not see it 20) Conversely, Ani Extra is under perfumed 21) It might be nice to have a little history on Fribourg, Rumneys, and Singletons 22) It would be nice to have a few more pics on the history page (have you still got that old packaging and barrels just inside your door on the right? I haven’t been to your place for a couple of years) … that should keep you busy for a while

I like the new website, but it has some technical problems. The old site said, at the bottom of a page, that due to credit card issues, you no longer ship to the USA. I’m wondering if you worked those issues out. After all, the future is in e-commerce, and Wilson’s would do a lot of business with all the snuff takers here! Just a suggestion…I still buy WoS snuff from the other UK vendors who don’t have any problems sending snuff or processing credit cards. 

I don’t have any problems with nicotine level, grind, etc, I read that Dr Rumney’s Brown was a non menthol, and it so happened that I received a tin of it the same day I looked at your website. It indeed is non medicated, and quite nice. Somewhere between a toast and a natural. I just think the site needs to be a little more dialed in, but its better than the old one for sure.

Just placed a small order to test the site out for ordering. Sorry I couldn’t order more, but I’ve already exceeded my snuff budget this month. My billing details weren’t carried over to the payment site, so I had to re-enter them manually. Can you check the settings on that please James. Having a Captcha plus Verified by Visa secondary check should be security enough I’d have thought. Automated emails from yourselves and the payment site came through promptly.

mrmanos, I’m afraid we still have that statement at the bottom of the page. It is on my list of things to do but, as you rightly point out, there is still so much to do to improve the website which is my priority at the moment.
And I am getting so much help from members that keeps me busy…

James, package received - many thanks! :-bd Another thing I noticed is that Irish No. 22 is not showing in any of the listing categories. Neither are the assorted packs. You also have Ripple snuff showing up as Rasp in the filter pull down
