@sharrow1 I’ve just tried placing an order, but I kept getting a “Coupon code “HC13” is not valid.” message :((
^^^ that is odd, worked fine for me. Once the basket was loaded & viewing the ‘my shopping cart’ there was the box to enter the Coupon code & then click “apply” & I just repeated it for a dummy order just now & it still works fine & applies the 1/3 off. Start a fresh & give it another go; doubt if its cookies or anything as I don’t allow them on my web browser & all was still fine for me…

In fact, it might be better for me if I could grab this one too if that’s OK (although I have paid for the shipping as there was no “collection only” option on your shipping choices). Cheers. BTW - The reason I was having problems is I was trying to check out as a guest, and the code was being rejected. Once I opened an account the code went through just fine.
Actually you can put items in your cart and check out as a guest without an account … I have done that before with them … but the discount code doesn’t work if you do that
No, you’re missing the point mate … I’ve ordered that way from them before, and everything worked fine from order, to shipping and payment. 
The facility is there to order without setting up an account (still enter details, but no need for passwords and no data stored for future) - but as I said, there’s just one very important thing that doesn’t happen - voucher no worky

Check out the assortment packs of 12 small tins, you get a lucky dip of snuffs to try out. also check out www.snuffreviews.com and see which snuffs of theirs appeal to you - everyone’s taste is different, and between us we could probably recommend them all At £0.72 per small tin after discount, you should be able to get yourself a good cross section of their snuffs to sample. Don’t forget the Fribourg and Treyer options too - bigger tins and more money, but some very nice snuffs that aren’t covered in the Sharrow range. Again check out snuffreviews to see which you think might appeal more to your tastes. I know I’ve not recommended a specific snuff, but what I am recommending is use this opportunity to sample as many different snuffs of theirs as you can so you know what to order in bigger quantities next time :-bd

I had looked at their sample packs in the recent past. I think I might go that route for starters. Hopefully I will get some different ones to explore instead of more of the same.

Lovely site, lovely people, and of course some lovely snuff. I just wish I’d had more time on my hands to try and blag a look round Many thanks to James, Carol, Trisha and all at Sharrow Mills for their generous discount offer and their excellent service.
Just placed an order and everything went smoothly. Fair enough for warning of possible problems! And for newbies: go for assorted packs; all their snuffs are decent and some are very good so you really can’t lose.
Just wondering if anyone else that has placed an order using the HC13 coupon code? What is the status of your order? Mine is still stitting at “On hold” has been for nearly 48hrs now! Funds have been marked as deducted from the Bank account I used.
Hmmm seems the system might be a step or two behind - mine is showing as “processing” and I collected it yesterday
Mine is also still ‘processing’ and no emails received. Hope it goes through normally. It takes 4-5 days(!) for parcel mail from England to Ireland, there’s a parcel delivery service, which delivers from six counties to here, but I forgot that. That would have been internal UK delivery.
Got emails from shop and payment processor yesterday but kept looking at wrong email account, silly me. So everything in order!
