Ive widdled a few spoons already while waiting for my first order from Mrsnuff, I saw the wooden spoons on his site and had to make one. I was gonna see if anyone wanted a couple or 3 and id trade for any can of snuff theyd like me to try, doing a trade of some sort. Or get to where I could sell em. Heres my first one ill post another picture of the one I did of a twig from my back yard lol. I havent stained this one yet or sealed it.
Ill post the other pic here in a couple minutes
I like this one alot better.
not bad for a suspected role player. No that’s cool. I just had to comment on your name too.
You do nice work @stimpakk get some together and post in the market place thread.
to your (sp?) question: the answer is whittling.

Thank you @Xander, I call it Boxcar Lefty, at 6 inches, it makes a great table piece, and it works quite comfortably, it will be up for sale in the near future, hand carved AZ Mesquite, satin finish. I’ll be posting on market thread before I launch vendor site, to give my fellow snuffers VIP. I make a variety of crafts and art, ladies stuff too. Always open to suggestions, or custom orders.

What do u mean role player? Like im a poser snuff user? Lol. I was just formally addicted to analgesics (mostly oxys, opanas, roxys, etc) for the past 6~7 yrs and I know its not the same method as with snuff, however I do have a bit of pressure control. Like with dilaudids or opana id say the best way is to takesmall “pinches” not to far up the nose. Ive been clean for almost 6months now and idk I like putting stuff in my nostrils lol and im a heavy cigarette user and would like to use snuff to help moderate myself down to around 4~5 squares a day to let my taste buds come back a bit in order to taste my nice tobacco . @noworry that zombie hand is sick!! && @basement_shaman thanks man. Ill try making one for ya and ill give it to ya. unless shipping rapes me. @basement_shaman your the one with alot of YouTube reviews?
I found these at dollar tree today, think they will work good? (I dont have any snuff yet eh…) They seem air tight tho. And first spoon pic I dropped it and stepped on it and it broke so theres a small piece of tape over it lol… Second pic im gonna try and replicate the “teardrop” spoon off Ms site.
@noworry what in the world is that skull thing at the bottom??
@stimpakk I bought some of those little containers too a few years ago. I lked them because each jar was the lid to the one below it, allowing them to stack very nicely, and store a lot of varieties of snuff. Sadly I learned that they are not very airtight, and the snuffs in them dried out. Maybe putting vaseline on the threads will help.
Aw. I thought I had a good find. I didnt notice they stack on top of each other tho, that’s cool
Is it bad to of got dholakia white, toque quit and sternecker echt fresco as my first order lol? I know the first two are supposed to be strong.
@stimpakk no you tube reviews ,that I’m aware of. I practice ego deflation and that would be counter productive for my humility!

That would be Saguaro cactus skeleton, now owned by another member. I live in the desert, local permitted harvesters donate to me from time to time. Saguaro is protected, even if it’s dead, “habitat”. I make small furniture, wall art, spoons, bowls, girls hair accessories, hardware and etc. from cactus varieties and exotic woods. Cactus can be very unforgiving to work with, but so much fun and I have an eye for the odd. Keep carving, good knives and a good stack of different grit sandpapers, makes all the difference for me.

Aren’t you contradicting yourself? Lol. Yeah @noworry I never knew I would like whittling till I found out about snuff and started reading about it, got bored one day and grabbed a stick to make a spoon for my first order lol. U should post a link on here of some “proper wet~stone sharpening” for me. I use two diff knives and I hve a bunch of sandpaper in my garage. Were u meanin for me to keep carvin? I feel like my spoons aren’t near as good as what ive seen the past two days. I think im gonna try and get a lathe, or use a drill with sand paper. Where would u suggest buying carving knives from?
@stimpakk, http://www.ehobbytools.com/contents/en-us/d22.html A lathe and quality chisels is an investment and I recommend proper training when it comes to using a lathe.
Ive used lathes before metal and wood. Just never made small spoons I have a homemade belt driven wood sander I haven’tused it in a while. Ive been thinkin about stickin a Dowell rod in my drill and just goin to town an seein what I can come up with.
