I have an order I am waiting on. I am in Australia.

I got an email on the 5th of May saying that my order is on the way.

It was not until the 9th of May that I saw something on tracking, say that the parcel is in Germany.

However, the parcel has not moved since! It is now the 20th of May. This slowness seems to be happening with each order now, is it something to do with the mail system in Germany?

My last order (to US) also went through Germany and stayed there for a good while. It was the first time I had seen that as before they had come directly from the UK. Can’t really answer your question as to why.

Mine has been stuck in Germany for a week now.
