I’d have to go along with Penn. If you ever went to a Barbershop Harmony convention, you would find that it is quite a common look (especially with the vest) – except for the long hair.

Lol, there was a Barbershop Quartet convention/competition at a big hotel at which I used to work.

I was thinking more along the lines of a fictional character. At first I thought a young wizard of Oz, but he didn’t have a mustache after all. I might be thinking about a long haired Cliff Calvin.

Actually I think he means Stephen Flowers, aka Edrid Thorson. There is a striking resemblence there that I noticed as well.
