Which Sweet American Snuff?

I am trying an assortment of American scotches. I am not keen on sweet snuffs, but thought I should try one American sweet. Considering Navy Sweet or Red Seal. What do you guys think?

Red seal is the only “regular” sweet I like. I prefer honey bee and swisher wild cherry though.

Swisher Honey Bee is my favorite for the most part. Sweet tobacco no smokey scent. WE Garrett Sweet and Mild is next up. Bit more of a bite and it hints at the smokey BBQ Swisher Strawberry and Conwood Peach Sweet are the other sweet Scotches I’ve tried. Both serviceable but the intended flavoring is mild to the point of being MIA.

I haven’t tried Navy, but Red Seal is a good one in my book. Some smokiness, but not overpowering and plenty of nic zip.

I have tried them all, except Dixie. My favorite hands down is Lorillard sweet. A true sweet with great flavor that lasts a long time for me. I also find it easy to take. Red Seal is good, but I consider it a hybrid of sweet and plain and I find it much harsher and more difficult to take.

Peach or Tube Rose. The rest are all much sweeter.

I agree with Yimes, Red Seal is somewhat of a hybrid. I also have all the sweet scotches, except Dental Sweet, and I would have to say Navy and Railroad Mills sweets are two of my favorites. But, I’m kind of partial to Swisher’s Helme snuffs and I love Lorrilards as well. But here is what I would do: either get one each from Conwood, USST, and Swisher or order the sample pack of sweets from Tom. Conwood- Tube Rose, I like this a little better than WE sweet as it seems a little less synthetic USST- Redseal or Devoe’s Swisher- Navy, RR mills or Lorillards
