I give up on Snuff store with the credit card thing and i’m not real pleased with Mr Snuff and the response I got to an email I sent them, that they ask for. I just want to order some Fribourg & Treyer snuffs and not put up with a bunch of problems and confusion.
That’s to bad Mr snuff has always been quick and real helpful with every one of my emails but if you live in the states Mr.snuff is the only one that I know of that ships to the u.s.
Mr. Snuff has been blowing me off on the same topic, from my experience, they have been very helpful, I’ve seen it with my own two on this forum and on their FB page. But for some reason on this topic, they aren’t giving a response. What a downer.I feel for you WVDAVE.

They have been great to me also. On the site it says if you find better prices then theirs to let them know, so I did. The reply was that the other place may have a better price on their F&T, but they had other items cheaper. I’m not buying other items I’m buying F&T snuff. What is the purpose of me notifying them as they ask, if they’re not going to do something. Plus they advertised the price of a medium tin at $4.79 on the homepage, but when you add them to your cart they are listed at $5.99. They said it would show a price drop at checkout but there is none. I just find the tone of the reply a little off putting. They have great Customer Service usually, except for one other time when the reply came off as if I was unintelligent. This other time was with the same person.
I was going to suggest Wesley’s of South Africa, but I just went to their site and saw that they are no longer selling online either!
Ah, what’s an extra buck 20 anyways? I can just barely buy a candy bar for that much. A pack of smokes costs 7 bucks and most people smoke one or two packs a day. A can of snuff should last you at least a week or two right? That’s still a great savings!
Just order pounds ,you will save $$$$$ you know you will use it all.

@PieterClaassen, can’t buy direct if in the states. I’m not into buying bulk amounts of snuff, 1. I enjoy sampling and will probably stay that way for good long while, and 2. with enjoying sampling I can get x amount of scents for the same price or cheaper. It isn’t also exclusively about the increase in price but the way it was done and handled. Esp. while it is still advertised at the original price on the home page. When customers email and constantly msg to verify a change in the price one should expect a response, this is a question I have been asking since I orginally posted it in Mr. Snuff 4.0 thread, and still, no response. I’m not taking away from the level of service I have already received from Mr. Snuff, which has been quite well, except for some tins being loosely screwed, so in the box they have a tendency to fall open, but that’s a different issue and generally have no complaint with them. All I was looking for was an answer to the change. Also, with the way I use snuff, 25g tins suit well, I have a can of Bordeaux that I’m still working on since the summer of last year.
After the Pact Act went into effect I talked to the people at Green’s of Leeds. now: http://www.smoke-king.co.uk I made a purchase from them by wiring money directly from my bank account to theirs (no plastic involved.) I had to contact them by e-mail to get a routing number, but once I had the routing number and wired the money, they just sent me my merchandise. I don’t know whether they are still doing this, but it’s worth looking into.
@oilmaster-From the US, If you send a check, you can buy direct from Wilson’s, I always do for bulk! Where in WV are you? I am 600 feet from WV, by water.
Well Mr.snuff proved once again they have the best customer Service around. My problem was straighten out with no problems. Thanks for all the replies, and a special thanks to Mr. Snuff.

I’m in the USA…Florida. I recently placed my first order with Mr. Snuff, and my first order this year, as well. I was VERY pleased with the service provided ans will certainly be placing more orders through Mr. Snuff. Delivery was quicker than I expected.
