The on line price for a container of American Snuff is rediculous…I used to get it from Nic Rush for less than half the price. My current stash is running low and I’ll need to get some more: Square, WE Garrett, RR Mills plain (no sweet). I can’t find anything in Florida, although I haven’t trolled the ghetto-marts in Miami yet. I’m considering buying a 12-pack of these, keeping 2 each and selling the rest at $6 ea plus shipping (vs. $10 each on-line) . Screw USPS regulations… Would anyone have any interest in purchasing if I did this.

The only place I’ve found anything is Winn Dixie. The one by me only has sweet snuffs tho. I did see a better variety at a bigger WD in Hallandale but that was years ago. When I first got into snuff I drove all over Miami / Broward and came up with nothing but an empty gas tank. Ordering online is way cheaper for me. Of course I work 13 hours a day, 7 days a week so my time off is precious…

Where can I buy snuff in my area is a frequent question on here, so frequent that we have a new permanent thread for it here: http://snuffhouse.org/discussion/7521/where-can-i-buy-snuff-on-vacation-traveling-in-my-town#latest Some areas have abundance some have a dearth. Your best bet is to post a request here: http://snuffhouse.org/discussion/6682/snuffhouse-marketplace-members-please-post-your-buy-sell-trade-requests-here#latest for what you are looking for. I can find a reasonable amount in my area. Also there is no violation of USPS regulations.

Xander: If no USPS regulations, then are there Federal regulations barring the private sale/exchange of tobacoo products across State lines …like me selling tins of snuff to someone outside of Florida. There must be some legal reason why Nic Rush stopped doing business .

You’re not a retailer, but a private citizen. You can sell anything you’ve already bought at retail to any other private citizen. Nicotine Rush stopped doing business because the expense and paperwork of collecting tax for every state and municipality required under the PACT act was cost prohibitive for a one-man operation. Also he would have been required to ship via private courier in signed-for packages that would have added considerably to the cost for the customer.
