This is the first snuff I’ve tried and I’m not a fan at all. I have some other stuff on order from Mr. Snuff. hopefully I like that better.
yeah it has some fans but in general it’s not considered a high quality snuff. Kind of fake and weak. Yeah there will be others you probably like.
Weak on the nicotine, the menthol comes on a little strong, and i get no cherry scent…
I got a tin of Raspberry and Orange…I hope they are good…
Thats weird, I find that all the Ozonas are quite noticeable in their scent, raspberry, cherry, spearment, ect. I just took a pinch of my ozona cherry and man I forgot how much I love it, i’m gonna have to take it with me tomorrow. Many snuff takers are not too fond of Poschl snuffs, yet many others such as myself enjoy them greatly. You gotta find out what snuffs agree with you the best, of course through the wonderful method of trial and error
Don’t let that put you off snuff - it’s a pretty crummy snuff. EXperiment with Toque qne Wilson’s is my advice.
@Snuffster He is eventually going to end up trying a lot of different brands, and I can say that i’ve gone through 3 of those variety packs by Wilsons and still have only found 1 snuff I liked by them. Why not reccomend SG or GH? When I first started snuff I couldn’t even do toque because it was such a fine grind, it would get all messed up and id be coughing up a storm haha. I’m not saying dont try wilsons or toque, both are very highly approved of brands.
No sir. I don’t like it
Recommendations come from personal feelings and experiences - I could say try everything, but as I use Toque and WoS I recommend them because I know them; isn’t that how it goes? I don’t know SG or GH snuffs enough to recommend them, so I would be suggesting them without any real experience. Not sure I get your point. As you say, he will probably try a wide range in any case. If you have only tried tins of WoS snuffs you haven’t really experienced their snuffs at their best, you need to try bulk to get what their blender is trying to convey in his snuff. I know it’s more expensive but at some point treat yourself to a half pound jar and you will see what I mean. The variety packs are dried out before they ever reach you. WoS make great snuff and then put them in lousy tins - the little square ones are no way to judge a snuff.
off topic i know…but I have only had one Wilson’s…BRUNSWICK…from mrsnuff.com…nice laid back orangey floral goodness…but wait the orange comes back…it’s smooth and tart at the same time… My can is fresh as heck…I almost have to shovel it up my nose…way different than toque… I really like the Poschl President so I am really hoping the Ozona Orange and Raspberry are good…

3 of the variety packs…not trying to be a “smarty pants” but something kept bringing you back! LOL You only liked one? Was it Brunswick…I really enjoy this snuff…I grew up in Florida and it reminds me of orange blossoms…
president is the best ozona in my opinion.
bob really? I wanna try them all…have you had them all? I wanna try Red Bull next order…which could be months away cause I bot like 70 bucks worth of snuff not knowing how long this stuff would last… Man snuff is actually cheap…I cain’t snoot it fast enough…not that I am trying…I’m just getting way good mileage for my dollar…how come nobody ever told me these things about snuff…cain’t wait for the first snow and a big giant toot of Gletcherprise…
of the ozona cept for the plain which I haven’t tried. I still order president. The others I consider passable. but not special. President is special.
@Camu Give Red Bull a try when you can. It is one of my favorite Poschl snuffs. Fantastic when you want a nice blast of menthol goodness.
Just got my order in from Mr. Snuff!
I think they are over priced. Redbull is right what it good for[medicated] Great clearing action. Used when needed
@snuffster I assumed you were familiar with all brands, being the creator of snuffhouse and starting your own line of snuffs. I see your name on the forums and think of one of the more seasoned snuffers on here. My logic was not to reccomend snuffs that I enjoy over snuffs that you enjoy, but snuffs that are easier to take being that he is new to snuff. cheers. @Camu The only thing that kept me coming back was the brands reputation. All the snuffs that I would get I would end up giving away to friends, after all they were only 5g tins. The only WoS snuffs I kept because I enjoyed them enough were Country Mint, Queens Extra Strong, Aniseed & Eucalyptus, and Apricot. Country Mint is the only one I really loved though, the others I just keep on my desk and take pinches from a couple times a week. I’ll be ordering bulk of Country Mint at some point.
@Vito445 - broadly speaking I am familiar with most of them, but I’ve not done the entire catalogue of some - tried them but not enough to consider myself an expert in their flavours. Actually I don’t consider myself an expert in snuff at all, If I had to define my knowledge I would say I was an interested consumer. I get your point though
I like it not love it. It’s a little to mutch on the menthol but I do get a nice cherry sent. It only lasts for a short while that’s a shame.
