I’m traveling back from vacation by car, a nice 6,7 hours. Got some lions pinch and some ozona Presidential.
A can of my homecooked snus - sun cured Kentucky base with a healthy dash of licorice root powder and a wee bit of star anis.
Have a bowl with a handful of fine, toasted cigar flour on the table, awaiting for the addition of some alkali, come dusk.
That sounds smashing, licorice is an underated hero. I wish lions pinch had a little more licorice
Rows of Sharrow in my Nysberry and some F & T Morlaix in my sunffhouse snuff box
Taxi Green and NTSU Black all evening long.
Brunswick Black Rappee in my left pocket; SG Silky Dark and O&G in my right.
Snuffbox full of Toque Menthol, has been growing on me and is great for this time of year.
6P Cheetah. Staple for the workdays.
Bernard Charivari. Can’t get enough of it.
I’d like to try that lol
This morning it’s WoS Brunswick Black Rappee, L260 and Bernard Schmalzlerfrankl Gold.
Bernard schmalzerfrankle and Viking scotch dark. Plus Jip! As always
Rosinski Käthnertabak. “The beer garden snuff.” Now i just need the beer garden to go with it.
In my bag for travelling in the holidays there are a couple of SG, a couple of Pöschl and a couple of Amazonian snuff. Also some home made snuff of rope/twist tobacco.
Bernard GV, Bruswick Black Rappee and SG KB Original.
High Dry Toast this x-mas eve.
Toque Ambrosia this Christmas Eve.
At the moment, Bernard GV and Schmalzlerfrankl Gold. The NTSU Green is upstairs letting the ammonia escape.
Wilson’s Ani Extra and HDT.
I must be the only fan of the anise snuffs since they are rarely mentioned in my searches here going back a decade. M. Root, Ani Extra, Stargazer. I really enjoy them despite not being a fan of actual liquorice at all.
I have some McChrystal’s Stargazer I keep meaning to try. Thanks for reminding me.
NTSU Green in my pockets today. I’m getting to really love the stuff.
This morning I have Rosinski Frankfurter and Wilson’s Extra M. I am going to try some NTSU on the next order myself. I’ve never had any SA snuff except Taxi Red and I did like the richness of the tobacco. Second to none in depth.
Today is Bernard Original and Lowenprise.
I’m finding the high nicotine and slight mentholation of the Green very easy to live with. For me the burn is mild and comes on slowly. I have some Taxi Red on order which I’m looking forward to.
Pöschl Schmalzler D, NTSU Green and Artisan Ficus Rappee.
Belated seasons greetings to one and all! Best wishes for the NY.
Brenard’s Jubilaums with a smidgen of 6P The Ibis.
McChrystal’s O & G as well as Stargazer (Aniseed).
A great way to start the new year
Bernard’s Brazil Doppelt Fermentiert. Like fruit cake dipped in molasses and washed down with coffee. Took me a long time to ‘get’ it, but pleasant on a cold winter evening after a good menthol!
Hedges in the back pocket; Bernard GV, Pöschl Scmalzler D and NTSU Green in the rest. I tried some more Taxi Red but I’m not that into it yet.
Gletcherprise and HDT. Good combo for me to be out and about with.
Grand Cairo. Lately I am feeling that that Grand Cairo is built on Gold Label base flour.
Wilsons of Sharrow Best SP.
My first ever snuff.
Finished the little 5g box in a couple of days. I’m a cigar smoker who was curious about snuff. First opinion of it, it’s very nice. And I like the sneaky feeling of being able to get a nicotine hit on trains, buses, in airports and on planes (I was travelling yesterday) lol.
Very different experience to smoking a cigar, which i love. But no less pleasant.
The problem is so many pockets, rummaging about has produced 7 different snuffs in various coats, fleeces, even an apron. They are my constants, less regulars don’t make it to the pockets.
I need more pockets! I’m carrying around 4 snuffs in tins and I rattle when I move…
Today it’s been NTSU Green and Black, SWS Aged Border Rappee and, this evening, Pfälzer Luz.
My Poschl Gawith Original tapbox filled with my beloved NTSU Black
NTSU Green, SWS St James’s Parish and Hedges.
White Horse Gul. I really like it.
Toque menthol, Silver dollar cinnamon, 50/50 mix of HDT and 41 Yellow Lilly, Grand Cario and Jip!
Today at work, we have : viking scotch dark, Jip!, and bernards klostermischung. After work will be enjoying pfalzer duwak dulcis
Toque Natural Toast and 41 Photo Himtaj
NTSU Green, HDT and Jip!
Janta Naswar Premium English medicated snuff.
Nice. The smell profile on Mr. Snuff is pretty spot on. A Victorian apothecary scent.
Jip, Bernard’s F, Pinewood Ice.
NTSU Green, HDT and Neffa Ifrikia.
Was carrying McChrystal’s Highland Ice all day yesterday. Today I was going to put Toque Strawberry in my pocket but forgot it on my desk when I left for work…
My tapbox of choice for when I am out and about.
Poschl Gawith Original tapbox filled with NTSU Black snuff.
Jip! and my snuffbox full of WoS Irish No.22
Toque Blueberry today. I’m tempted to get the Blueberry Menthol, I feel like it’ll open up the flavor a lot more
So far it’s been NTSU Green, Toque Chocolate Brownie and Hedges.
The ever-present Jip! Viking scotch dark and Bernards altbayerischer
Jip!, Dholakia White and NTSU Green.
McChrystal’s Highland Ice for work today. Out of everything I got in the recent shipment this has been the one I’ve been jiving with the most.
Taxi red, Irish no.22 and JH Wilson SP no.1
I’m mainly working on Wilson’s Plain today.
I mostly use SPs with alot of oomph, like Gold Label or Gawith Hoggarth SP.
It’s nice to have a snuff that is just relaxing.
Jip,O&G and Bernards Steife Prise in my pockets for today.
A 50/50 blend of WoS Dynamite and NTSU Green.
Jip! and Toque natural.
Also now carrying a tin of F&T High Dry Toast.
On most weekdays, my routine:
I start every morning with Hedges, followed by Jock’s Choice and usually Bernard’s Original. After lunch, I love me some Thor’s Hammer or a Black Rappee, and then more Jock’s Choice or Jip!. In the evening, I might steal a pinch of Celtic Talisman or something sweet. Right before bed, McChrystals Original.
On Wednesdays and Saturdays, I pipe 10 Russians and/or War Horse Green followed by Nightcap.
Grabbed a few this morning and happened to find a few more in my jacket pockets…
Dregs of Bernard’s Postillion & Pfalzer’s Jotunheimer (now finished)
Rosinski’s Frankfurter & Poschl’s Schmalzler A mixed with Perlesreuter
Otto Chancellor
Bernard’s Bernard Aecht Altbayrischer
It’s going to be a tasty day!
W.E. Garrett’s Scotch in my 1g Toque snuff bullets (i carry two).
