What to order?

Ive been into snuff for a few months now and have made a couple of orders, and now im wondering what to buy next. I like SP mentho/medicated types of snuff, I dont really like fruity or kind of artificial flavours to be honest here is a list of my favourite flavours: Mc crystals JIP, highland ice, english menthol, original, SP Wilsons of sharrow extra menthol Jaxons 1869 Kensingtons JH wilson medicated 99, top mil n1 I was thinking of trying Fribourg&treyers toque but dont know which flavours to get. what do you guys recommend??

For menthols and medicated you may want to sample some Hedges L260 and McChrystal’s English Menthol. Mind the Hedges is medicated; some love and some don’t. Perhaps McChrystal’s Hops- its a very enjoyable snuff. I have also found Berwick Brown to be quite nice. At first I was scared of the Santo Domingo but now enjoy a pinch here and there. And while you may hold firm on not liking “artificial” scents, don’t be afraid to try different things. I was dead set on sticking with Poschl Apricot because that’s all I knew. Then I tried a few SP’s, absinth, and so on. The journey has opened my eyes and pallet to a world of very nice snuffs. Toque has a dizzying array of scents- with reasonably sized and priced tins you can certainly invest in a wide range of blends without investing too much money. Give yourself the opportunity to journey through things outside your initial comfort zone- you may just surprise yourself.

WoS super menthol, poschl apricot, ozona president, gletscherprise.

Can’t go wrong with Toque Spanish Gem. Toque Peppermint is a nice alternative to Menthol. Try Abraxas StCasura for a different take on an SP

I agree with the Toque Spanish Gem- one of my always on hand snuffs.

Radford is the way to go in your case

Tom Buck was a game changer for me. Old Mill Fleur de cafe is fun . Toque Whiskey and Honey lives up to the hype .

Anxiously awaiting an order from Old Mill.

Where do you get old mill from?

@outlaw from a little old man who lives in the woods  no, really, from a friend of mine name of @chefdaniel‌

McChrystals Original & Genuine is a great menthol snuff. Maybe try Bernard Zwiefacher, a coarse sweet menthol snuff.

@outlaw‌ Drop PM to @chefdaniel‌ … His snuffs are available to all, he will send you his “menu”

Either that or just email him directly at oldmillsnuff@gmail.com Ask for the monthly newsletter.

I feel I must recommend WoS honey menthol.

Thank you for all suggestions guys! Ive made my order, i cant remember exactly which ones there were so many lol. Toque sp, FT high dry toast, ozona president, poschl apricot are all there amongst others. @JakartaBoy‌ i tried mcCrystals supermint and didn’t like it, it tasted a lot like some candy i used to have as child years ago. I like the idea of mint thou do you think toques spearmint is different from mcCrystals? @Franknsnuff‌ yeah I have a tin of mcCrystals OG and its one of my favourites. Any of you ever had Abraxas Dragun, Cafe 11 or Sir walter scotts creme de figue. Im already thinking about my next order haha…

I can’t speak much to the mentholated stuff, as it’s not really my speed. I’ve always liked Cafe 11 and Creme de Figue, since you ask about them specifically. Otherwise, I agree with HP - Tom Buck opened me up to a new world of snuffing.

OK, after my delivery yesterday I have to come back here and add that you have to order a Havana Toast by Sir Walter Scott. Period.

@PoW7‌, the Toque is not sweet or candy like. @The_HP‌, sorry, I just accidentally flagged your comment as spam, a spastic twitch of the wrist. Don’t seem to be able to undo it. My apologies!

@JakartaBoy‌ - hmm… it did not “ding” me , and my SPAM number is still “0”… so … no harm no foul I guess

Out of those I’ve only had Dragun, which is excellent but I like Dragun Menthol even more. The menthol isn’t what you may think, it isn’t like what you’ll get in those Poschls you ordered. It is very lightly applied and takes a bit of the edge off the spiciness of Dragun while amplifying the flavours. It’s pretty awesome and well worth a try I think.
