Getting ready to top up on Toque Snuff as soon as the Spanish snuff is on the Toque web site and was looking around at snuff store and noticed the Toque Tobacco tins. Is this re-branded Toque quit? Or something else? Thanks.
Just another style/flavor. From the site: Original Tobacco snuff has been designed with the smoker in mind. It delivers a strong nicotine kick and has a smoky tobacco flavour. Toque Tobacco is a dryish fine snuff.
I think when it was first launched, Roderick only had one style and called it Toque Tobacco. As more varieties came along it was renamed “original”. Original is an SP variety. (I’ll have a pinch now, thank you). I think some stores still have the old ones in stock. Roderick will of course be along here soon and correct me if I am wrong. I’m curious as to what became of Toque Snus Ice. This was Toque’s second style. Did this get renaned as something else? (Sorry I havn’t searched all the old threads if this has been discussed) I think some stores still have this in stock too.
Hmm, now that I look at Snuffstore I see they have new stock of Snus Ice. They didn’t have it a week ago when I ordered, nor is it available on the Toque site either now or last week when I ordered from them. So I guess its not defunct or changed, just not widely available. I haven’t tried this one yet…
