I will have to say for America at least it will most likely be A. It most likely won’t be B or C because tobacco companies hold too much power in government for tobacco to ever become illegal. However if you have the Cannabis remains illegal as a separate choice then I would have chosen that instead. A time frame would be nice, as in what is more likely to happen within 5 or 10 years, as it is right now it seems that you are asking about any indefinite time in the future.
