SG Celtic talisman with tiger cherry energy snuff. My first mix of tobacco and non tobacco snuff. It looks really weird kinda like when F&T tins get little white flecks in em except all over. Gave it a good nother shake and it’s more homogenized now. Just took my first pinch and WOW. New favorite cherry snuff right here.

Right now I got a 50/50 mix of 6 Photo Natural and 6 Photo Medicated 66, worked out pretty good

This week I been mixing D white & taxi red[white donkey] also blast whisky honey & temptation lime and lemony [whiskey sour] both great nic hits. And for desert SG raspberry & SG chocolate. Great Ideas here.

I call this one [petting zoo] 75% Cheeta 25% Taxi blue.

I just mixed about a gram of QSnuff Ice Cool with the German Schmalzer scooping technique. Good times were had.

I just need to say… I mixed some WoS Tom Buck with Frederick Tranter Irish High Dry Toast, and it’s fabulous… Proportions are very near 50/50, may do a little more toast on the next batch.

Well since the smell of Celtic talisman doesn’t seem to want to vacate the box anytime soon, I made a mix of it with WoS sandalwood about 2/3 talisman. I thought the strong smell of Celtic talisman would overpower the 1/3 of sandalwood but turns out they can go blow for blow and make an excellent snuff.

Spiced Oatmeal (around equal proportions of De Kralingse Gingerbread, Toque Ginger, Strawberry, Toffee, Almond Toast, WoS Chocolate Orange, and Abraxas Connoisseur Cerise)

Right now I am doing a nice fifty fifty mix of Toque Lime Toast and Cafe Noir. I was wondering how everybody else settles on a final mix. I normally just do successive mini pinches and basically all my test mixing is in my nose.

@willc When mixing I think of what I want to achieve whether its for nicotine content, moisture adjustment, or like a mix drink develop a unique scent with effect. 25% Abraxas cerise and 75% Dholakia white A 1/1 mix of dholakia white & black = dholakia grey

When trying out a new mix instead of doing a mix in the nose I use my free mrsnuff spoon and do a little spoonful at a time into a small plastic 1oz paint pot, stir it up, try it and go from there

I’ve been in an experimental mood today, I guess. Here’s another thick mix. A hefty amount of De Kralingse Pompadour, with almost equal parts WoS Thyme and Lemon, Toque Lime Toast, Ginger, Camphor and Clove, and Coltsfoot. @willc, I usually go for the mix drink effect. I rarely ever worry about nicotine level being I like to keep my tolerance level low. I don’t know, I just get in these moods of throwing everything under the kitchen sink in, and seeing how it comes out. Albeit, I usually choose snuffs I feel would work well together. Whether it be for a sweet effect or a spicy-sweet, or garden-y. I was actually thinking of throwing in some F&T Seville into this mixture, being what I have is very Seville-esque but then figured the Lemon and Lime were citrus-y enough. Both of these mixtures I made today are very thick, but all the different scents shine through in an interesting way. Like with the first, I was able to smell the strawberry long after everything else subsided, maybe a good 10 min later. @distaind, jinx… >:)

I just mixed up a small amount of McC stammheimer hopfen schnupf and grand Cairo at about 80/20 and it turned out pretty good I’m going to have to mix up a bigger batch right after i order a large tin of the McC hops. For some reason it keeps disappearing pretty quick :-?

1 part Torque Quit, 1 part F&T Bureau. I call it the Department of Quitters. It’s a ex cigarette smoker thing.

@distaind I haven’t tried blast and purple passion is the only one of the temptation line I’ve tried, but you can tell its the same base tobacco as grunt even with the added passion fruit flavor.

A lovely cocktail of Grand Cairo, Tom Buck, Rose, and Grunt… not sure of the ratios as I just threw it together when I was running out the door for work, but it came together quite nicely.

Today I put some Toque Peppermint into an empty snus can except, in my haste it was not quite empty. The resulting mix was with Nordstrommen Brandy Alexander and is actually very good. It was loose snus so it moistened up the peppermint a bit and I was surprised at the flavor, I initially thought I would have to dump the mess.

45/45/10 SG peppermint dark,molen A/P and touch of SG toffee. Was going for christmas morning standing in front of the tree eating a candy cane. what I got was chopping down the tree in the cold air

@Juxtaposer I love ginseng , I just chew the root for hours. Interesting combo . I will have to try that in the morning.

But sometimes you want to mix it with other harmonizing herbs. Take too much by itself and you can end up tense and tight as hell! It’s happened to me more than a couple of times, usually I think they’ll use kidney yang and yin tonics to make sure the extra energy goes somewhere.

I take a sheet of copy/typing paper and place it on a table. I use it as a palette and spoon out several snuffs using the center for mixing. I label each little pile to remember the names. Using a business card or similar, I mix and collect some on the corner of the card for sampling. Fine way to kill some time.

The mix of milled in coffee grinder SG Brown rope #4(3/4) and Swiss Chocolate(1/4) turned into really tasty stuff. The smell of both snuffs is tended to be “earthy”, so they complement each other. And now I cant tell what exactly I’m sniffing: ether tobacco, or something with dark chocolate. Because it’s bitter and creamy, like chocolate liqueur(guess its strict definition). Surprisingly good.

My favorite daytime mixture is a third apricot or peach (different brands), a third apple (Wilson’s), and a third Rooster. This daytime mixture is strong and keeps me going and alert at work. The moisture and coarseness of the other snuffs makes the Rooster easier to use.

@Scurvy @distaind since my Spanish Gem, SP Extra and W&H are my favorite Toques I decided to mix them all together. I don’t remember the proportions but it started as around half and half W&H and Spanish Gem then had some SP Extra added… I just tok another pinch and was reminded of Grand Cairo for some reason.Funy that I did that a good while ago and others were on a similar track.

I’m actually quite impressed with all the comments this thread was got. When I originally asked I expected just a handful of posts. Thanks to everyone who has posted. Its a great way to bring new life to some snuffs that you might have laying around. Some of these should actually be put into production and sold in their own tins

@distaind Saucing a Scotch certainly makes them easier to take. It’s going to be some time before all the flavors balance out.

My favorite blends use 6 Photo Natural as the base mixed with other Indian snuff, especially other 6 Photo snuff. The Natural is a great base and makes the fine grinds much easier to take creating most excellent blends.

After buying a collection of snuffs from McCrystal’s, I found I very much liked the Supermint. If anything It was a little overpowering. Just a small pinch was sufficient to get plenty of the peppermint aroma, but I was not getting enough tobacco. I wondered if it might mix well with one of the others. Anisette caught my eye, so I gave it a go. Lovely snuff! Really like it. The two flavours really compliment each other. I’ve decided to call it ‘Black Mint’ I strongly recommend that you give it a go!

I found a product called AJANTA Rose flavoring ( they also make a Cardamom and Kewra flavor,Scent ) that is great for rehydrating Rose scented snuffs ,Its really nice kind of like toque rose scent but a little stronger , Found it at an India mart in Tacoma Washington . @basement_shaman your right again . You know stuff ! Sometimes I use Phenylephrine Hydrochloride to rehydrate keeps my nose working !

@Mouse I’m glad someone else was willing to try it and share notes. The first time or two I tried my mix, it was nice, but the longer I had it, the more I wanted to just get through the batch. I think you put it well - each was trying to be the dominant snuff. It was a worthy try, and I learned something from it.

3 parts Bernard Doppelt-Fermentiert Brasil and 1 part Fubar Bohica. Nice chocolate cake with a bit of burn.

I’ve fallen in love with this: I make a good snuff mound on the back of my hand with Dhalokia White, and cover it will De Kralingse Prince Regent. Divine! I don’t think it can be topped. My second favorite it mixing Red Taxi with a Bernard’s Brasil schmalzler.

Today I tried F&T Patchouli with Dragun, but the chilli kills the mellowness of the Patchouli, It’s just wrong… but it’s fun to try all these combinations.

My favorite mix as of late is to take a good bump of D. White and cover it with DK’s Prins Regent. Divine flavor and nic hit… Its a must try!!!

1:1 Toque SP Extra and McChrystal’s SP, with a small pinch of J&H Wilson’s Top Mill. Tastes eerily similar to Tom Buck.

Back when I rolled my own cigarettes I loved halfzware blends such as drum, bali shag, and peter stokkebye’s Amsterdam shag. I tried to mimic that flavor by mixing half W.E. Garrett (to mimic the dark-fired Kentucky) and half Silver Dollar natural (to mimic the lighter Virginia tobaccos in halfzware). It was interesting and quite tasty.

About 80% snafu with 10% Willy Pete and 10% random snuffs for flavor

Royal George and rum&blackberry 50/50 Was trying to figure out what I could mix royal George with and still be pretty good. This mix fit the bill.

50% WOS Raspberry 40% F&T IHT 5% WOS Chocolate 5% WOS IHT #22 -Raspberry with hints of chocolate and smoke (Admittedly, I could have used the WOS IHT at 45% instead of using any of the F&T at all, but I like the WOS better in isolation than the F&T and the F&T suffices for this mix. That being said, I couldn’t be without the darker smoke flavors that the WOS brings, hence, the 5% addition.)

I am waiting with excitement to get the order that must have gotten lost by the usps in september, it has been reshipped. In it is De Kralingse Choco. I am wondering what a mix of this and Viking Brown would be like smokie/chocolatie goodness or yuck, I will be trying it once the order gets here . Has anyone tried something similar?

@cigargod I had used swiss chocolate to bumpup blends and like it. I don’t know about the De Kralingse Choco depends on the grind and moisture content. The swiss chocolate is fine and dry and stick to moist snuff and marry it. If the De Kralingse Choco is moist and the grind is demigros it still may be a good mix,but a battle in the nose

Had to go back to my old mix of McC hops and hoggarth Sandalwood. I dont want to take any of the hops flavor away so Just a pinch or two of the sandalwood is added for flavor.

@PotPoe I been using this mix often but I use MacBaren No.1 Virginia broken flake with the 1792; burns with one good lite after false lite. And still taste great! A nice double dose of Elmo’s Reserve in the nose compliments well.

just tried adding a little poschl alpina to some WoS aniseed eucalyptus --omg it was like putting an ice cube in my nose, ws not expecting how ‘cold’ it would be.

I just mixed Square scotch with F&T Seville today. Not sure about the proportions but it’s at least 9/10 Square. I don’t know if I can recommend it, but it’s not terrible. Certainly a change of pace.

Toque Champagne & SG Cola also Toque coke into Blast cola champagne 2/2/1/8 ratio I received an opened tin without scent ; this revival seems to work. The blast is still a good base to work with. I may put a 1/4 spoon of templation grape but that maybe too strong, the grape has brass balls in scent strength.

i really like my damiana leaf (mood and libido) in my nose, mixed 3/8 with some Quit sandalwood is great.

Tom’s High Toast: 25% F&T HDT, 25& Wilson’s Honey Menthol, and 50% Wilson’s Tom Buck. If you like a little more menthol “burn” in your nose, increase the Honey Menthol and decrease the Tom Buck. This is a really good mix. Smokey

Damiana is a good herb, smells great!

Another blend with Cheetah as the base…4 parts Cheetah, one part Kailash. Very, very nice.

I have some Molen’s Potpourri No1 tobacco free snuff - it’s not glucose based, but various herbs and spices ground up, and a pinch of that as a follow on to a pinch of S&G McCombie (pure tobacco, no other scent) is DELICIOUS!

Made the most amazing and random mix. With De Kraalingse Gingerbread as the base, I added a smaller heap of Tiger Cherry and a dash of Zwiefacher. It is energizing, sweet, spicy, and beyond what I ever could have expected since the Gingerbread is dried out now unfortunately.

Last night mixed 2 parts 6 photo kailash and 1 part natural.

Tonight, experimented a little. I mixed Toque Coke with Rockit Cherry Pop, and it tastes more like cherry coke than the cherry pop did. I also mixed some Braniff Mint snuff, Dholakia Swiss Chocolate, a couple taps of Gletscher Prise and a tap of President, and it’s just like a York Peppermint Patty! This is fun!

F&T Bordoux and WoS Aniseed&Eucalyptus

50/50 mixture of Toque Berwick Brown and Viking Dark. I like the scent of Berwick Brown, but it’s a little overpowering for me. I tried airing it out for a week, but that wasn’t enough. The Viking Dark has toned it down to a level I find more acceptable.

I very rarely mix, but have found SG Grousemoor and SG McCombie a little dull, so I’ve added a good amount of F&T Princes to both with satisfying results.

1:1 Hedges L260, WoS Camphor and Mild, Toque Camphor and Clove, a couple pinches each of Toque Lime Toast, Golden Pinch, and F&T Princes Special. Really really cold to start, with hints of citrus and florals in the fade. I see it as a Western take on the 6photo line.

Fubar shot o’ rum with a plain toast - just made up 150g of fubar with 500g of toast. Gives a very pleasant berry taste - I’ve never detected any rum in this snuff but it is delicious blended.

Roughly 70% Toque Natural Toast + 30% Creme de Figue… fig toast!

Topped off the scotch box with tops sweet (it only had a bit of superior before) then added some dragun into the mix. Also mixed Viking Dark with SP Extra roughly 50/50. I’m enjoying it quite a lot,

I just bought a can of Railroad mills and it has got to be the mildest snuff I have tried (disappointed) I also bought a small snuff grinder awhile back as something to play with so I bought a jar of dried mint leaves and ground them down, then mixed equal parts of the two together. It is refreshing but not overwhelming. I prefer spearmint to peppermint or menthol A new favorite

Dry schmalzler experiment #2: I’ve infused about a 1/4 cup of Sternecker Echt Fresco Ungefettet with and equal amount of whole coffee beans. I’ve changed the beans out three times. The fresh hay scent is still present at the beginning, but now there’s a distinct coffee scent along with it. This fades into a mocha aroma, rather than the chocolate cake scent.

Dragun with a totally scentless but still quite moist Toque Peach, keeps it from hitting the back of your throat and easy to take, knocked some into my snuffbox by accident earlier today when I had the toque open, different I will give it that!

O&G and WOS Menthol. Only because the menthol is boring on it’s own so using the O&G to spice it up.

W.E. Garrett Sweet and Camphor&Mild.No flavor clash. Basically it’s a way to extend my C&M supply while also giving a bigger nic hit. I had to hydrate it a bit.

Toque coke and tiger cola 50/50. The grinds balance each other out in this one to a nice medium where the texture of the cola usually doesn’t irritate my nose. Pretty good flavor too.

WoS SM 500, Toque Peppermint and Lavender, McC Hopfen. Must figure out the right proportions, but it’s got some potential I think.

I just tried mixing toque blueberry and natural toast 2 parts blueberry to 1 part toast. It gives a lightly toasted blueberry smell like Wos Irish 20 but with blueberry instead of lemon . I like blueberry but toque blueberry is a weak quick scent to me so I wanted to jazz it up a bit. Not bad

Sternecker Dry Schmalzler experiment #2: a drop of vanilla extract and a drop of clove flavoring on slips of paper, inserted into the dry tobacco. The clove seems strong enough for one infusion. The vanilla may take more.

Here’s an easy one. Two vanilla beans into a bottle w/ a drop of good vanilla extract, with Togue vanilla. Supervanilla! It’s very good.

Sherry cobblers… WoS Sherry and F&T Seville. The Sherry notes in the WoS are so mild, I wonder if I’m imagining them. I had such high hopes for that one. :-<

I added a fig sauce made with fresh figs, brown sugar, and rum with vanilla beans and cinnamon sticks to some Sternecker echt fresco. Voila! Fig fresco!

Checking out the spice Isle found McCormick Coffee extract . One drop in 5 grams of dead snuff; overnight sensation BAM- Kahlua a perfect match. so smooth and intoxicating .I am loving it!

Poschl Grado Caffe and Ozona Raspberry. OMG! It sucks the Grado is only 4g instead of the 5g that it says on MS. I’ll definitely have to add a few more to my next order.

Toque Quit & WoS Dynamite 6/1 AWESOME

Toque Coltsfoot with a dash of dried, ground chipotle chili, makes a very interesting snuff, however, the chipotle pepper is HOT and it burns on it’s way to your throat. Use very sparingly. I may have wrecked the original snuff, but it’s only for very occasional use.

@lunecat have you tried SD raspberry? I found it very similar to Ozona with a lot less menthol. I like Ozona better for several reasons (I like menthol, it’s darker, coarser, and more moist), but the SD is still very good.

I have a question for the experienced snuffers. I have quite a few flavors - Viking Dark, Anarkali, Toque Blueberry, Packard’s Club, WE Garrett Scotch, SD Cherry, SD Spearmint (and an SD Raspberry… If I can find it). What would be a good mix? I want to try some custom blends but don’t want to waste them.

@lunecat the only Toque I’ve tried so far is Cheese & Bacon. When I have some more disposable income I’ll buy a 25g tin of every Toque so I can try them all. I absolutely LOVE raspberry, so I’m excited to try it. So last night I mixed up the last bit of my open Buttercup tin with a little Poschl Grado Caffe and a few drops of Godiva chocolate liqueur. Let it sit for a day, and it’s pretty amazing. I just went to the liquor store and picked up a few small bottles to experiment with. Got Malibu coconut rum, Hennessy VS, E&J VS, E&J VSOP, and a large bottle of Disaronno. Is there anything on earth that smells better than Disaronno?

Yes, liquor makes a fine flovoring. This is the Golden Age for snuff, isn’t it. Anything you could want, you could get. Same for pipe tobacco and cigars. In fact, it seems like the golden age for everything. We have so much, but WHY is everything so f-ed up? Like, who would be surprised if a huge calamity happened? @bsssdd I do know flavors are picked up by a sense of taste, Snuff is the term I think you meant. I suggest read from page one in this thread up to the current page. And when mixing only mix enough to try about 3 doses ,you either like it or hate it ,and keep notes so to recreate it, you will have the formula.

ok tried a 50/50 mix of Viking Dark and WoS #22. Very very nice. Still the nice smoky goodness of the Viking but now a few minutes later getting a really nice buttery creamy thing going on along with the smokiness. Glad I mixed this in the snuff box, I think it’s going to require further research!

@distaind I only added a few drops ,it was Ok it picked up the hickory nicely but faded a bit quicker then expected; I am going to try and sauce some and let it dry for a longer lasting scent.

Royal George with Paul gotard Rum. Nice flavor and it mellows out the sharpness of the royal George.

All my Poschls (at least 6 varieties coz they are so alike after a while) in a jar with a cotton bud of bergomot oil hanging inside the jar…it works - first of all the scent has improved and secondly I don’t have any problem deciding which one to take anymore - job done.

I’ve tried a number of mixes. Only one made the grade: Sam Gawith Kendall and Wilsons of Sharrow Jasmine.

I was down to the bottom of a can of T quit and Natural. So I dumped them together shook it up and Now I have… “Just Cut Back A Little”.

My custom blend is 25% Viking Dark, 25% WE Garrett Scotch, 25% SD Spearmint, and 25% SD Coffee. It’s actually quite good.

Bernard Gekachelter Virginie with F&T HDT, in a 2:1 ratio. It’s like a shot of Laphroaig 10 with a bowl of smoked almonds. That, or chewing on a chunk of charcoal. It adds bass to the HDT and treble to the Virginie. Two five-star tobaccos adding up to a five-star mix. British readers may remember the late Fred Dibnah. He would’ve dug it, had he been a snuffer.

McChrystal’s Sturco Menthol and Molens de Kralingse AO 1860 50-50. My nose can’t usually handle menthol well but this is real nice. I find I can take 3-4 big pinches up each nostril and get a lovely nic hit with no congestion. a+++

spanish gem and very little hedges. Mentholated spanish gem. Menthol reveals the scent of spanish gem. Lasts the scent a little bit more let’s say double.

In a fit of inspiration last night I mixed equal portions of McChrystal’s Hops snuff and GH’s Sandalwood into a 98% empty JIP tin. The result is spicy and wonderful, with just a hint of menthol.

Mixed some D White and Sparrow Cool the dead fish of the White almost covered up the Poo of the Sparrow

Dental Mild with Strasbourg, roughly 50/50, with the remnants of another mix in the bottom of the box pretty much disappearing from the scent. This is probably the most successful mix of a strongly-scented snuff with a scotch that I’ve made so far. Extremely refreshing!

Ultimate liqueur coffee? Fresh SG Black Coffee and F&T Old Paris (Date Liqueur) Delicious - and intoxicating!

I make Raspberry Lemonade using equal parts of McChrystals Raspberry and McChrystals Mild Lemon. It is wonderful and has a decent nic hit. Its becoming one of my daily sniffs.

Dragun and McChrystal’s O&G. Dholakia Sparrow and Toque menthol. both are amazing,

2:1 Toque quit and Camphor&clove. 2 parts quit to 1 C&C. It opens you up, and then shuts you right back down

Equal parts ground Rattray’s Marlin Flake, snafu, abs Garrett Sweet. Dear Lord, this blend is powerful and delicious.

I blended this combo over the weekend, and I’ve noticed it brings out almost a faint hint of black pepper. The dried fruit from the Rattray’s blended with the sweetness of the Garrett, punched up with the rich tobacco of the Snafu is great. I might just dry out the rest of my Marlin Flake and buy a few more tins of Snafu just for this.

Dholakia White, F&T HDT and Bernard Gekachelter. 1:1:2. Perfect smoked fishiness on a sweet Virginia base.

Snafu Plain/Willie P 50/50 following up with WOS IHT No22

I’ve decided to have a “granny’s stew” in my WoS slidebox. I already had Royal George and SP No 1 in there already, but after finding a couple of bullets in my ofice draw at work and not really knowing what was in there, I decided to throw them both in as well and give it a good shake. What ever it is … it’s really quite nice I reckon this box will just sit on my desk at home for dipping into whilst on the PC, and I’ll just keep chuking in odds and sods as time goes by. Who cares what’s in it - if I throw something new in that puts it out of balance, I’ll add something else to sort it out :-bd

My favourite mix right now is Samuel Gawith Raspberry with WoS Extra Menthol - both strong flavours, mixed 50/50 - it’s an awesome combo. Really enjoying it. Glad I have plenty more of them both to mix when I finish this little tin!

Toque Vanilla and Rose, about 3:1 The Rose is so strong that it’s still a rose snuff, but it tones it down a little and gives it a creamy sort of flavour. I really like it!

I was thinking about the Poeschl Ozona style of snuff, which uses a tiny amount of oil to get that moist, slightly-clumpy texture which makes it so user-friendly. Is there anything to stop you blending drier combinations of snuff with a tiny drop of a flavourless oil, say sunflower, in order to achieve that same type of consistency? I’ve tried it on a very small scale, and it seemed extremely successful, which is nice as I struggle with some very dry snuffs. Are there any issues with how it will keep, for example?

@snuffski : sunflower oil may go rancid after a while and it’s not really odourless. Most oil based snuffs are made with food grade paraffin (or mineral) oil, as far as I know, which should not be too hard to get. Perhaps it could be used in a vaporiser to allow better mixing.

Foot Cream! Well spotted. Pretty awful name though especially if you mix some cheesey flavoured snuff in there. It is actually a very good match - I really like it - as both are quite sweet. Candy Coffee is another name option that reflects the result. Coffee & Toast? I added a little WOS Whisky also. Tried IHT No.22 with WOS Irish Coffee which isn’t bad either but the SWS mix is much better. HDT might work better than the 22 and the Coffee Cream seems to blend better than the Irish Coffee.

I had received some snuff that lost it’s scent, So I used some liquid smoke to hydrate, it is good for a few days. But that is only the amount I mix up. So nice like beef jerky in the nose.

6 photo natural with toque violet. You don’t need much violet at all. Its probably a 5 to 1 mix ratio

I had a ‘duh’ moment regarding my suggestion some days ago of using oil in mixes to achieve a Poeschl-style consistency. I realised that you can buy pharmaceutical-grade liquid paraffin in any pharmacy where it is sold as a stool softener! Far more sensible a choice than considering the use of any food oils in mixing.

I tried a roughly 50/50 blend of Superior Scotch Dry Snuff and Honey Bee and it is really good i have to say.

Toque Natural Toast 4:1 with WoS Grand Cairo. Hits like a toast, but has the staying power and flavor of GC.

I used to mix Gawith Apricot with Ozona Cherry/Orange, but I don’t like doing it with other snuffs. I prefer to enjoy solving a conundrum “what is this aroma, and what is that aroma”.

I call it my Coffee Blend. WoS Coffee Cream 1 WoS Irish Coffee 1 SWS Lundi Foot 2 or 3 parts Abraxas Dragun 1 SWS Mull of Oa 1/2 part It’s only my opinion but this must be nearly as good as snuff can get and thankfully I have a good supply of ingredients! The Irish Coffee and Lundi Foot are a pretty great blend alone but those other ingredients do add to the greatness.

Dont know wether anyone has tried DW and Viking dark 50/50 I just mixed this, great nic hit but has made me feel quite sick not a mix I will do again!!

Sitting here tonight looking through the snuff drawer[well one of them] I realized I had quite a few snuffs I hadnt touched in a while and felt as though I probably wouldnt touch again.I dumped them all together and mixed well I must say its not bad,actually quite interesting really.Heres an approximate list of ingredients for my Super mix. 20 grams Wilson Whisky 10 grams Blast Brandy Maple 10 grams Temptation Lime and Lemony 10 grams Toque Whiskey and Honey 5 grams Dean Swift Black Watch 5 grams Dean Swift Apricot 3 grams Poshl Ozona Orange 2 maybe 3 grams Wislons Sharrow Menthol Im just going to keep this tub going,dumping the last little bit of tins into it or snuffs I have lost the taste for or never had a taste for in the first place.Very interesting having all these different scents going on in ones nose at the same time @-)

Roughly 3 parts Viking Dark with 1 part De Kraalingse Macuba. Good stuff, and I’ve got a ton of both.

I’m mixing SG Firedance, Viking Dark and Latakia AO in variable amounts. It’s nice enough but difficult to find the right balance. I find the Firedance a bit too much like bubblegum and this mix makes it a bit more adult, if that makes sense to you.

Toque Lime Toast and Pösch President Snuff. Sweet and refreshing but it gives too much nicotine. Made me dizzy.

Some months back posted my creation of toque coltsfoot w/ chipotle chili powder. It has mellowed a bit since then. Now, its sort of mingled the scents into a great smelling licorice( sort of…) w/ smokey undertone of chipotle, followed by a warm chili sensation that builds to an incapacitating burn that goes right into your brain. It may the newest thing. I’m waiting for my can of bohica to arrive so I can compare them. Any thoughts on this are welcome.

Love Mull of Ou ,Love plain scotches; so I married them. Mostly scotch 80% . The scotchs blend so nice and lightens up the heaviness of the Mull of Ou .Smells Great, Less Filling.Smells Great, Less Filling.Smells Great, Less Filling.

I still enjoy mixing Toque vanilla with sweet scotches. It dries the mixture and adds a complexity to the sweetness.

@BigJ I did something very similar with Toque Whiskey & Honey & Pöschl Grado, not sure if it improved on the Whiskey & Honey but it sure made the Grado seem more realistically “coffee” in the resulting aroma.

6 Photo #66 and Dholakia Swiss Chocolate 70/30, The 66 already has a chocolate undertone but the Swiss chocolate was too tame for my liking. I used to think this was a challenging snuff.

Irish ‘D’ Light/McChrystal’s Clove

So for my desire for a rootbeer snuff ,I decided to mix my own ,I use an older honest scotch and scented it with McCormick Concentrate. Right now it is sharp with a slight burn ,I will use up this batch, next batch I may add some tiger cherry or Snuffy Weiss for sweetness. The throat drip is pretty tasty also.

Packard’s Club 2:1 with Rose of Sharrow not the worst blend I’ve ever, gets the job done.

My tin of Toque Toffee got stuck closed so I busted it open with a knife and mixed ot with Toque Chocolate about 50:50 it is really quite pleasant.

I’m snuffing a mix of elmo’s reserve, firedance, KB original and Grousemoor. All SG snuffs. I’ve no idea of the ratio, as I sampled them all to varying degrees before mixing. Greater than the sum of its parts, for me. I get bored easily.

3 parts W.E. Garrett plain scotch,3 parts Brutons plain scotch and 4 parts Willie Pete A nic fiends best friend.

I had about 2g each of Almond Toast and Samuel Gawith Honey left that I mixed together. It’s pretty nice.

I added toques rustica to my previous mix of toast and marmalade + so extra. Damn is it good.

Just mixed some Dholokia swiss chocolate with Viking dark in a little 5g smash box. I’d say it is 2/3 viking. Very nice smokey swiss

I just mixed some HDT with some Whiskey and Honey, Toast and Marmalade, Spanish Gem, and a small bit of Scotch Black Rapee. The flavor is actually quite nice. The texture is silky with the HDT and Scotch Black adding a dark smokey and Campfire aroma that blends nicely with the fruity-sweetness of the other toasts. The Spanish Gem finishes it off with a nice cheese and chocolate note. Better than I thought it would be.

50/50 Dholakia White n SNAFU Plain. Mating cousins is no crime here.

Nothing fancy, just Toque Absinthe with Quit for an added zing. Though I really think the Quit really adds a needed tobacco note to the strong absinthe scent.

Tried Mull of Oa in my 1/3rd full jar of Creme de Fique (I’ve got another full one for emergencies) equal parts. Umm, errrr, interesting. Sort of sweetens the Oa. So I tried adding some WoS Whisky (sweet not smokey) and then maybe in hope some Dopple Fermentiert. Interesting. I think my Mull of Oa actually might be developing it’s flavour over time. I now really get a hell of a lot of whisky from it whereas I didn’t seem to get it at all in the begining some months back. Still very smokey but it may yet improve more. Maybe the whiskey is maturing or else my smell sense? Maybe my blend will mature, I hope quickly! Yes, tried it again. It’s working. Wow! That Oa sure kicks out some smokey peat. Feel like I would really enjoy an actual whisky right now, if I had some :((

I found the scenting in FUBAR Shot of Rum a bit strong for my liking so I mixed it 1 part to 2 parts TPS Madras. Much better.

@I_snuff_therefore___ Yes, my MoO is aging quite nicely! Need to get more and try to put it up for a bit longer. Last couple sniffs left. Not sure I would mix this exquisite snuff though. Believe most of the Artisan snuffs could improve with age if properly stored.

Some like to experiment. Others are unadventurous. Sacrilege ahhhh we’re all doomed… Oa is not a good mixer for me or should I say so far and I’ve got plenty left pure still doing whatever it does. Firedrac, FOJ, GH Gin & Tonic and Pomegranet is pretty good. Cafe 11 in some Coffee Cream is also great. The premium snuffs can help lift lessers to a higher level.

Nor would I mix Mull of Oa. To me its like ordering a fine 15yr old malt & mixing it with some Irn Bru or Dr. Pepper. Sacrilege IMO. That said when someone buys some snuff it is their property & can do with it as they please… even stick it in their ear.

hehe, Irn Bru! That brings back memories. I know its an everyday thing to some of you but it was a cultural eye-opener to me in my misspent youth. BTW: very few in this country know it at all, just so you know, but adding the Dr. Pepper alongside may help them.

Sounds excellent @Mouse. Oa really impresses me as a snuff but the last quality whiskey I drank was Jura a few years back and I’m still getting over the hangover! the merits of Irn Bru or Dr Pepper not withstanding. Ideally I would like Oa to be a little sweeter but perhaps this will come with time as it matures safely in my fridge and last I checked it did seem to have improved a great deal. Trying a little of something so potent as Oa in a blend can also help discover the properties by taking a small step first so I encourage mature people here, on the what are you mixing thread, not to be put off if they wish to try and have fun with their snuff and I don’t suggest anything silly like putting snuff in your ear or elsewhere. The nose knows best.

@I_snuff_therefore___ Not sure about the reference to Dr Pepper but if you mixed that with whiskey and drank it then I believe a hangover was deserved. Mixing Mull of Oa should be some sort of sin. A crime at the very least.

Poschl Gawith Apricot 40% + FUBAR Grunt 60% , The grunt was a bit dry and mixing it with the apricot rehidrated it while neutralizing a bit the excess of menthol in the mix. Now I´ve got a mild apricot menthol snuff with a good nic punch :>

Dholakia White and Löwen-Prise 50/50. Quick and overwhelming clearing effect in my nose/sinuses. (Structre is far more manageable than the DW in its own. DW was so extra-fine, that I just had a look at it and it went down to my lungs… ) I tried some mixtures so far, but this is the first one worths the effort. Possible name for the mixture: DWen-Prise

Babaton Plain Blue with Neffa Ifrikia 50/50. Mixed for texture only, more manageable now. They are in nice harmony, the more I try, the more I like it.

White Elephant with Himtaj Golden = Golden Elephant. I am going to try White Elephant with the Himtaj Black for the Grey Elephant

One part Abraxas Dragun with one part Dholakia White. Excellent! It felt a bit like sacrilege, I’ve never mixed DW or any of the Abraxas range with anything before, but it gives the Dragun a bit more sting. Following BS’s lead above, I’ll christen this one the White Dragon.

(Roughly) 10 parts Toque Quit, 3parts Toque Absinthe, and 5 parts Fugazi Menthol. I did this by complete accident because I was condencing all of my duplicate tins that I had open and I forgot I mixed fugazi and absinthe in one of my Quit tins…however it was quite a happy surprise. I no longer have any plain Quit but this lovely mix was worth it.

I like a mix of L260 and Viking Dark. Dark and woodsy… Still strong and refreshing. I think the eucalyptus comes out more this way. I think it smells like Oregon (my home).

But how you get a good mixes? Everytime i mix something it is so awful though seperatly are great

WOS Irish HD toast and Brunswick 6/1 I get the flavour of Brunswick but not as strong more like a weak cup of earl grey tea.

@tomgreen trial and error mostly. I’ve had a few mistakes as well. Ratios have alot to do with it too. Start off with small amounts so if it does turn out horrible you’re not wasting much. Good luck

@TomGreen You have to have in mind what you are trying to achieve? A combine scent, toning down an overpowering scent, bumping up the nicotine , drying out an overly moist snuff or opposite, moistening a dry snuff. Anyhow always mix small amounts for about 3 doses ;if you like it mix more and keep notes on ratios for future reference.

Trying to find a good mix for Toque espresso as I find by itself it’s extremely dull and almost flavourless, atm I’ve just added some SG black coffee too it and some ground up cardamom as I normally add that to my coffee either way. It’s not bad but it’s still missing something.

I know this won’t sound very good but the results are surprising. When I started back with nasal snuff I quit using moist American snuff, but I have lot of it left over. I have probably 40 1,2oz cans of Kayak in my refrigerator in the basement. To me it’s better than Copenhagen but it costs less than a dollar per can. So my problem is how to use it. At the same time have a container of WE Garrett, and I simply cannot tolerate it as-is. So I have been adding oils and other tobacco to make it better to my liking. So yesterday, with a mortar and pestle, I ground in Kayak with Garrett to create a semi-moist snuff and to my surprise it was really nice. The Garrett supplied the burnt ashes odor and the Kayak supplied the moisture. Kayak also has plenty of free nicotine as well as a high pH. The Kayak might prove to be a suitable base for many of the ultra dry snuffs I want to try.

Just mixed mc chrystals raspberry which I wasn’t keen on and toque cherry which had a parrafin like smell to it 50/50 with a portion of dholakia white to perk it up a little and I now have something of a mixed berry with good nicotine and quite nice :))

I’ve tried 50-50 Dragun and Dholakia White before, I call it White Dragon. This time, I did three parts Dragun, three parts DW, and one part Toque Peppermint. I got the idea from a post by Abraxas, who said that tiny amounts of menthol can bring out other flavors. I think this one’s gonna be a regular. You really don’t get much peppermint/menthol scent when it’s only one seventh part of the mix, but … no, even as I type that, it’s making itself heard in the background. I really don’t like Dragun by itself anymore, even though I loved it at first. After a while, it just felt a bit too sweet and cloying. The Dholakia sure banishes that impression, and the mint is just a hint of spice.

Toque Spanish Gem and SP Extra - only done a 1/1 ratio of these so far and it seems work nicely. Honey and citrus, with a helping of nicotine from the Quit base of SP Extra…

Irish D mixes with a menthol (JHW) to get a colder sensation in the nose. I also tried misxing in McC’s SP and Damn it’s close to what I remember as O&G OK maybe not that close, but it did produce even colder sensation. Not to mention taste really good

I am a sucker for sales on Mr Snuff so I bought a lot of White Elephant and a couple of tins of Chilli Chocolate last month. I cannot use either of these straight up because they are just too dry for me. They hit the throat big time. So I make a mix I like a lot. It is about equal parts of Kayak(an American oral snuff, about 50% moisture, high pH, high nicotine, less than a dollar a tin), WE, and CC. I crush it with a mortar and pestle to not only mix it well but to substantially reduce the particle size of the Kayak. I also mix in some glycerin to give the WE a little stick. I just keep adding and mixing the WE until I get the moisture level where I want it. As a side note, when I was mixing the Kayak with the White Elephant, the smell of ammonia was very strong. Maybe it was because the WE was being hydrated. The scent was less noticeable after a few minutes. Anyway, the Chilli Choc really works well in this mix. The final product gives a nice burn for a long time, at least 15 minutes.

Singletons super menthol and Mcchrystals OG mix about 1/3. Interesting consistency. I found Mcchrystals too sweet, so the singletons tones it down a bit.

So I tried my first experiment. I have F&T Patchouli and Bordeaux. The Patchouli is quite woody, almost cedary in my nose. And the Bordeaux is a rose scent, but not an industrial bomb in my nose like the Rose of Sharrow. I would mix in my nose by snuffing one then another later on, and it seemed they mixed fairly well. Mixed the two in (roughly) equal amounts. The Patchouli really cut the industrial edge off the rose of the Bordeaux and there’s a hint of the patchouli-cedar in there. I really like it. Snuffed it yesterday during most of the day. I might bump up the Patchouli a bit more in the mix to get more of that woodiness. All in all, I’d say my first experiment is a success.

Equal parts SWS Mull of OA and Sternecker Echt Fresko. I know that might sound like sacrilege, but the MoO is too difficult to get in my nose as supplied, and if I let it dry out it loses all the whisky flavour. On the other hand, mixed with the Sternecker I end up with something the right consistency to take in large pinches and the tobaccos seem to complement each other nicely.

I use Sternecker a lot in mixes. It makes a great base and is very reasonably priced.

40/60 White Elephant and Maverick menthol. I love this mixture! The Maverick by itself is okay but rather boring. I still can’t sniff the W.E. without going into a sneezing fit. When I mix them the W.E. absorbs enough moisture to be easily snuff’d and the menthol clears me up whilst I get a good blast of nicotine.

WoS is the best brand for mixing in my opinion.

QWS Smokers Blend and White Elephant. About a50/50 mix and not bad at all, mixing these two brings out a nice sweet topnote.

I got a tin of McChrystal’s apricot last month and found the apricot scent too strong. So I added some O&G, about 1 part apricot to 3 parts O&G. And it’s magic.

I’ve got two on the go atm both 50/50 mixs Bernard magic black and abraxas dragun which is set nice fruity, coconuty and spicy. And Irish D Light and Snafu for something with a nice kick to it.

One part Toque natural toast/two parts Frederick tranter Dr Johnson. A pepped up toasted and smoky SP.

J&H Wilson Top Mill 60% Toque Rustica fine 40% This adds kick a bit of fluffiness to Top Mill while still keeping its distinct flavor.

2 parts quit - 1 part bordeaux. pretty good all day for me. 2 parts old paris - 1 part honest scotch. Good, smells like burnt leaf piles and dirt roads reminds me of my dad’s farm in kansas in the fall.

Vintage Bruton( which I normally never use!) 70%, with 6 Photo 666. Result is a potent, chilly in the nose, high power snuff. I think I’ll try SkeG’s mix, sounds good.

Had about 5g left in a tin of Viking Dark and 10g left in a tin of SG Black Coffee, so I tossed 'em together. Considering the base tobaccos, I’d assumed it would be like a subdued coffee with a stronger base tobacco scent, and a bit more of the pleasant sting. No rocket science, there. What I DIDN’T expect was that the dilution of the SG and the added dark base actually brought the coffee aroma out MORE! The added V-Dark actually makes the coffee more coffee-y. Who’d have thunk?

I’ve currently got 5g of WoS best sp, 5g of J&HW sp no1, 10g of Viking brown and 25g of SG black Rappee mixed together and it’s lovely!!

90% Scotch Black 10% Wilsons Princes Like having a bonfire after you are done tilling the soil.

I was looking for a hard hit so I have mixed Dragun, Thrice Brewed, and Nightingale…it is pretty powerful. #:-S

Just did my first mix, 50/50 WoS Aniseed Extra and McChrystal’s Clove. I’ve been severely stopped up with a cold and haven’t been snuffing, but I’m going to give this a toot right before bed.

i just tried Viking Dark, WoS Jasmine and Grand Cairo 1:1:1 Exotic flower-citrus mix coming out of Viking’s earthy aroma is interesting.

Toque Espresso & Dholakia Coffee cream 50/50 It has improved, still very earthly.

My previous mix of 50/50 McChrystal’s Clove and Wilson’s Aniseed Extra was initially a failure; just clove, clove, CLOVE. I added some more WoS to get it to about 1:2 (or 33/66) and that did the trick. Might even be better at about 1:3. The scents play very well together and the moisture/grind is nicely consistent. It smelled exceedingly British to me, but maybe that was due to watching Sherlock as I enjoyed it…

Cotton Boll Twist ground fine and steeped in Highlander Grogg coffee beans mixed 3:2 with WoS CoC. Tastes like mint chocolate chip iced cream @basement_shaman that sounds delicious!

Jaxon’s English Toffee + WoS Ice Lemon. Lemon Toffee with a sting.

Tia Maria turned out great I use the rest of that coffee/vanilla mixture to flavor some flake tobacco; it is resting a few days. Mixing GH Irish D with SG Menthol Dark will let that marry to have a toasty menthol. 8/1 ratio

50/50 F&T HDT/WoS IHT 22 This could probably be considered snuff blasphemy. I love both, have spent considerable time trying to decide which is my favorite. The differences are subtle, but there. Each, it seems, has a quality which the other one lacks. Finally I combined them in equal portions, and I offer no apologies, as the result is, for me, my perfect all day snuff. It. Is. Delicious.

I had a tin of WOS Best SP that dried on me so decided to mix it 50/50 with Perlesreuter to moisten it up a bit. Not bad at all, Perlesreuter provides some chocolate/coffee base and Best SP gives the mixture a nice bergamot/citrus scent. I might do this again some time.

Honey Bee and taxi red. 50/50 Let meld till Monday and give a try at work. Yield about 1Tsp.

I’m always mixing something. In my what’s in your nose posts I just put the dominant snuff or whatever isn’t viking dark. I go through large amounts of viking dark "flavored"with just a hint of something else

75 % Steven Books Grandfathers Own Blend pipe tobacco ground in a coffee grinder, 25% White Elephant. The brown sugar aroma from the pipe tobacco is absorbed quickly by the White Elephant and the WE subdues the sweetness of the brown sugar. It is heavenly in the nose when one is saving the world from Zombies in Black Ops 2.

Spanish Gem + Hedge’s 5:1 approx…
You have to keep adding SG till it’s just right, and the hedges base tobacco will blend nicely and you smell all 3, the gem, the hedge and the menthol.

I was wondering what Son de Tonca No1 would be like medicate. So  mix 5:1 with Dholakia medicated No 10 . It is wonderful.

dying to try and mix crumbs of comfort by wilsons of sharrow with a nice blueberry…cant decide between WOS blueberry or toque?  anyone have a suggestion?

@BenStein  Dholakia Blueberry Mint  would complement it well although CoC Extra would work best. Make two small mixes of what you have and compare. Then decide what you like better and make a larger mix.  

@BenStein I posted this earlier in the year, but I once mixed WoS CoC with a ground up Cotton Boll twist and it was insanely good. Cotton Boll is unflavored, but it is also straight burley, which has a natural cocoa flavor to it, combining for a nice dark chocolate mint snuff. Just be warned that Cotton Boll is brimming with nicotine, so mix cautiously!

@basement_shaman Dholakia has a Blueberry Mint? I’ll bet that’s fire!

@ Hitsuzen it’s not bad.Could use more mint. The flavor last a long time if you’re into that. Their rose chocolate last for days too cloying for my taste.They also make a plum cake which is on the sweet side. They came as a three pack some xmas ago. Now you can get them separate of course.

snuff order is in today, will have to try the dholakia as @basement_shaman said. Will have to grab a more plain snuff to mix when I can get access to snuffstore, their website is having some serious bugs

I recently had a fantastic accidental mix. I re-use my Toque tins as snuff boxes, due to their nice size and tightness. I put some Sparrow Cool into a Spanish Gem tin that hadn’t aired out quite enough and stumbled onto something delicious!

If you want to mix traditionally, I’d guess maybe a 10 or 20 to one ratio of SC to SG. But you may not get the same ghosted infusion. It really smells fantastic!

WoS Jasmine / Toque Lavender 1:1

McC Clove & Toque Lavender with 1:3 ratio. Beautifully uplifting and drifting into seamless dreams…

Thought I’d concoct a more refined and more potent Gawith Apricot (which I love), by mixing McC O&G with McC Apricot. Definitely a winner! Have found it nigh on impossible to overshoot with GA, but am having to approach the McC mix with a lot more caution.

I’ve been on a WoS kick to start me off as a newcomer.  Approximately:  40 Butterscotch, 40 Rum and Raisin, 20 Winter Warmer.  I like all of these, and they are in the same “family” of flavorings (at least, in my twisted mind) and very compatible, so I thought I’d give it a try.  It’s really pretty good, I think, but then again I don’t have a lot of other experiences to compare it to, so beware. 

I’ve found WoS to be very newcomer friendly myself @nostalgicnose, and can certainly see how the three you mention would mix well. I’m a big fan of thier Butterscotch, so may have to try their Rum & Raisin, too. I often throw WoS Jasmine in my evening blends (with either McC Clove, SG Lavender Dark or Toque Lavender), and actually prefer it over SG Jasmine.

I used to really enjoy Balkan Sasieni when I smoked pipes.  I see that it is popular here among the pipe smokers, but I was wondering if anybody has any experience grinding it up and using it as a snuff mixture ingredient.

My own crazy george. small leftovers from snuff boxes. This mix has some cafe 11,mississippi,toque W&H,white elephant and a few drops of fresh apple cider to tie them together.sits nice and brews up a strange but wonderful experience. Sometimes you get a happy mistake. No measurements so I doubt if I can create it again. 

Iron Apple Punch: SG Apple 40% + Toque Coke 30% + Toque Rustica 30%

My best mix so far, the Rustica brings the nic punch and a slightly barnyardy aroma, the Coke slight sweetness, the Apple some spiciness and a easy to sniff flour.

The mix is easy to take, high in nicotine, starts with a sweet spice aroma and as the tobacco settles and dries in the nose develops into clean barnyard smell.

A lot of people find the SG apple too artificial but in these mix the rustica natural flavour balances the mix giving a more real flavour.

Im so proud of my little experiment!  :D/

 I wanted some dessert with a strong medicated snuff. Hell everything is good mixed with Swiss Chocolate. 

Toque Rustica+Silver Dollar Raspberry

Was craving for some Vanilla Coke so I Made some vanilla coke mixing some Toque Coke & Toque Vanilla.

2 parts SG Toffee

1 part GH Tia Maria

1 part Toque Cherry

1 part WoS Irish High Toast #22

.20g toque rustica, .25g 41p white elephant, .40g toque whiskey & honey, and .15g of silver dollar original for some menthol. A strong 1 gram combination of nicotine with a menthol like whiskey & honey scent. Loving this blend right now thanks to my scale. :-bd :-B I really like to experiment mixing with my scale lol seems to make nice blends.

Some Toque Xmas Pudding, McChrystal’s Christmas Special Cinnamon, and SG A Christmas Pinch.  The cinnamon overpowered the pine menthol, so I added some Bernard’s Fichtennadel… so on and so forth until I could smell them all.  This whole deal was NOT my idea, AlKindiSnuff was doing something like this.  I love using snuff to bring out seasonal vibes, and throwing all of these together like an ugly Christmas sweater is perfect!

Not really a mix but, I filled my wooden snuff box with Lundy foot after having white elephant in it and it ghosted just the perfect amount of scent into the Lundy. Fantastic surprise.

6 part W.E. 1 Toque Citrus ,1 Toque Menthol, 1 WoS Raspberry.

ive been mixing all the last bits of my jars (i thinks that makes it a crazy george). i couldnt name all the snuffs in it but today i mixed the first menthol in. about 5g of WoS irish toast menthol into maybe 30g of the mix. it ended up being the perfect amount and made it a great mix. Im going to start a new mix jar because this one is perfect the way it is.

Through the last remaining bits of my 5g tins of F&T Old Paris and Bordeaux into some Brutons.  Good scent and very strong nic hit.  It’s a doozy.

Sugandh Sagar Rose and Swastik - with 25% of Sugandha Rose, this is just a treat with tobacco overpowering a subtle rose scent

Okay well first started out with a 60:40 mix of Viking Brown to SG Highmill No.1, dried these two out and re-hydrated twice with concentrated Tonka Bean scented water with a dash of pure ethanol. Then added 1/5th of the total weight of Viking Dark, 1/8th of the original mass Viking Brown. 1/5th of snuffstore black magic, 1/10th of both SG Kendal Brown 1/5th SG Kendal Brown Special and 1/10th Kendal Brown Plain. Dehdrated all of this and rehdrated with Vanilla water, dehydrated then rehdrated with Tonka water again, then the same except with a nice bottle of XO Cognac. Then finally added 1/6th of all these combined snuffs worth of Rustica.

Took me ages to get everything balanced and the scent I was after at the right levels. Resulted in a Medium Grind, smoky, leathery, tonka/vanillery liquor scent. Very proud of this

6 P Anarkali and Afghan white snuff - I am finding this to be a lethal combination.

A 10gr. Tin mix of TPS Madras + Toque Rustica, 50-50.

Spanish Gem ghosted by Elmo’s Reserve–that was purely accidental, a result of ER’s overpowering scent even in a vigorously cleaned smash box! I’ve also found that a Fichtennadel and A/P Snuif at 5:1 is a delicious change of pace.

3 parts Spanish Gem + 1 part each Ambrosia, Honey Bee, and Rustica

For some reason I love this mix of Swisher Honey Bee with Toque Spanish Gem. Equal parts. And I like mixing Railroad Mills(sweet)&Tube Rose equal parts. Also making different flavors of bubble gum flavors/scents mostly for my frens with some Buzz bubblegum with any sweet snuff flavors such as strawberry,blueberry,Apple,etc…

Mixed the 965 from the morter with some snuff in a Heartwood smashbox. Whatever the snuff was it had taken the scent of the box on. The smokiness still shines through. We’ll see for how long as it went back into the same box.

SWS Havana Toast with SG Black Rappee. I usually put snuff in a Gletscher Prise Tapbox it’s what I did with SWS Havana Toast but it was becoming quite dry. I put some SG Black Rappee in my tap box waited a night and my Havana Toast is now more moist perfect and I can still taste the havana toast scent !

Spanish Gem & Menthol 3:1

Interesting thread!! I don’t mix, I layer them. A fat pinch of 6 Photo Medicated No 66 followed by two fat pinches of the special unflavoured Cheeta that Vikas sent me. A pinch of Dholakia herbal Paan Masala with the a few pinches of Cheeta. Does the trick now and then. I also like a pinch of Dholakia Swiss chocolate with a pinch of Cheeta or WE. Layering is easy peasy!

what is good to mix with McC O&G to bump up the nicotine? im loving the snuff but it seems a little weak on the vitamin N. 

I call this the Southern Special. 50/50 mix between W.E. Garret and Bruton. Shake it up really good and the Bruton almost “sticks” to the Garrett. Really smooth for such a fine grind and a perfect balance between “rush” and a “buzz”. Its an all day snuff for me. 

Viking Brown mixed 50/50 with SG London Brown. Kind of makes the best of both, and they are both pretty similar to my undistinguished nose!

I added a vanilla bean scented Scotch and some Kentucky burley to my Turkish, Thuoc lao mix called Turk Lao. It smells like graham crackers now. Conveniently located in a tabletop mull.

Toque quit and white elephant. It keeps the WE out of my throat.

I’ve been mixing Ambrosia with around 40% extra Toque Vanilla - lovely.

3 parts Dholakia White, 2 parts Aniseed Menthol, 1 part Swiss Chocolate 

50/50 mix of Toque Apricot and Peach Sweet. The Peach thins/slightly dries the Toque as well as adding a punch and the Toque flavors the Peach quite a bit. A winning combo.

40% Bernard F
30% Dholakia White

20% 6 Photo LA Natural

10% Viking Thor’s Hammer

Eureka! I can finally enjoy the Bernard, but with a much higher nic content and lighter moisture. The flabor still comes all the way through. The Viking’s earthy tones add to the forresty flavour of the Bernard F. I will be making this one again!

  a while back i mixed some Toke Strawberry with some Toque Coke…it was good but i soon put it aside for my usual favorites.  Recently i came across two guys camping in the woods and turned them on to snuff. They

were all into it frequently asking for a “line” haha,  They liked the Toque quit for it’s head clearing abilities.

the morning after a night of frequent “lines” of quit, i came by and casually told them that Quit can give you vivid  dreams. They both stared at me in shock. “THat’s what happened!” One exclaimed. I dreamed that I was with a girl i havent thought about in years! The other confirmed that his friend had woken up mumbling something about “screwing Jessica” haha. 

   Okay, maybe i’m not contributing much. In a writing mood…where was i? What was the point of this story?

   Oh…as a parting gift i gave them my little container of  Strawberry coke. They really liked my mix…mixes…

  My next mix experience may be Toque CHocolate and toque peanut butter…that sounds like it would be delicious!

Today i mixed some Toque Quit with ginseng.

Toque quit followed by ToqueUSA whiskey and honey. Mixed in the nose, lol.

I had some WoS Africa mixed with Toque Toffee from a few days ago, and today i added a small amount of Toque Camphor & Clove to it.

Mix 1 -  Raging Bull – 2 parts Red Bull Strong, 1 part White Caffeine, 1 part Tiger Guarana.

Mix 2 - Sprite - 2 parts Toque USA Lime, 1 part Lemon Ice

My snuff box is full of WOS Irish toast, filled to almost the brim and then just a small tap of the floral, Wall.

W&S Africa, Toque Peanut Butter, White Elephant, and some HDT…not sure. May have something here. Not sure of the proportions or the scent really since i’ve been on a snuff binge of all kinds tonight. I’ll try again tomorrow when i can smell  better.

Having once rendered a perfectly decent snuff to something resembling the sweepings from a particularly odious farmyard by the addition of Cheeta I now only mix in my nose.

Toque quit, Irish D, Toque natural, White elephant, and Viking blonde.  Next time i’ll use less viking blonde…the sweetness is a little above my taste. I like this mix though, it’s a natural flavor mix. I call it overtime because i created it during a nine day workweek between christmas and new years.

Cheeta, MG Madras, and Super Kailash…feel like there was something else in there but I cant remember lol

Cheetah + Taxi. Cheetah is too powdery for me to take straight, this fixes it right up.

Didn’t enjoyed Ozona Orange that much, and White Horse’s lung hit was frustrating over time. So I risked both of them and mixed together. The result is interesting, a bit mentholated and orange marmolade-like scent. Less tricky to snuff than WH alone.

I made my first mix and I must say it is pretty good. Almond Toast (10g), Cheeta (5g), and KB Original (5g). It is a perfect balance that allows me to actually enjoy the Cheeta as on its own is just too harsh and hard to snuff in properly. This mix is a great balance of moisture and strength.

I’ve completely lost track of what’s in my yellow snuffbox. I haven’t had just one sort in there for ages. When it runs low, I chuck in whatever I think might work with the existing scent. Today I tipped in the dregs of some Dr Rumney’s Brown, as the snuffbox contents were already rather vibrantly scented.

SNUV Charlie and Toque Chocolate. It’s like a rich chocolate milkshake in you nose. I couldn’t do Charlie on its own. The grind is just too fine and hits the back of my throat every time no matter how soft I sniff. Mix is 10g Toque and 2g Charlie.
