Does anyone have a gram scale? I’m just wondering aloud: what is the net weight of a heaping scoop of snuff on a Czech pipe tool.

i have a gram scale, but, alas, no czech pipe tool.

sprangalang, a heaping scoop of Toque Grapefruit using the Czech pipe tool is .3 grams. A heaping scoop of Navy Sweet is around .4 grams. So on avg. what ever you use should be around .3-.4 grams for a heaping scoop.

Trout is that a normal sized pinch for somebody? I’m pinching out of the tin and I’m usually taking mostly fine snuffs. I don’t get alot in one pinch so I take a couple of small pinches. Haven’t really found the zone yet and trying to figure out the best way.

For me, on average its more like a rounded scoop. Sometimes more sometimes less depending on the snuff & my mood.
