Anyone a gamer, if so what are you playing now, and whats your favorite game of all time?
I’m playing Ninja Gaiden II on XboX 360, and of course the greatest game ever ULTIMA ONLINE!!!
Favourite game is easy: Civilization Guess I´ve spent a year of my life playing the different versions, if I add up the time. The PS3 at home I use for Blu Rays mainly. Not enough time to play.

I’m still using a PS2. About the only games I ever play, which is infrequent, are “EA sports MVP Baseball 2005” and “pro-evolution soccer 2009”.
I’ve still got my Atari in a box somewhere. The graphics are laughable compared to what you fellows speak of. Remember those things? (With a controller called a “joy-stick” it’s no wonder the unit lost sales!)
Shooters. Lately it’s been Call of Duty: World At War, Red Faction Guerrilla, the new Wolfenstein, Call of Juarez 2. I haven’t played Wii in a while. Maybe this afternoon.
Consoles in my house that are not collecting dust: PS2, Wii, PSP, and DS. My all time favorites are the Xenosaga series, Red Dead Revolver, and Shadow of the Colossus (this one made me shed a few tears at the end, first time a game had done that to me). Other series include: GTA, Tenchu, Onimusha, Ace Combat, God of War, Resident Evil, Patapon, Katamri, Yakuza, Medal of Honor, Zelda, Okami. As you can see RPGs and action adventures are my cups of tea (well, Katamri and Patapon do not really fit in the two here, but damn they are fun!). My house has lots more games like Persona and Digital Devil Saga, Kingdom Hearts, and Final Fantasy which my brother (a 100% completion whore) likes but I steer clear. He is glued to the Wii for now. He just got MURAMASA - The Demon Blade. The graphics are pretty stunning, I will give it a go once I am less busy.
I know I’ll probably get laughed out of town, but I play Runescape. I don’t have a game console, and I won’t downgrade my computer to Windows to play the others.
just completed killzone 2 on ps3, got haze and call of duty world at war on way, although i completed cod waw on xbox360 i want it for net play. i wish they would bring out a new destruction derby on xbox 360 or ps3, it would be awsome.
I have an Atari 2600,loads of games,nintendo 64,Nintendo wii a PS2,and a psp.I like first person shooters,but you cant beat the Atari classics,space invaders,galxian,defender,pacman.
I have a few arcade type games on my computer. I like Galaga the best.
Intellivision, anyone?
Yes, that was my first passion. The controler was very unique.
The old arcade games are still fun to play with, proof that graphic is not the overriding element in a game. On another note, I wish Japanese developers could come up with a GTA style game that is set in historical Edo.
The wife and I have switched from Warcraft to Aion. REALLY great game! We’re on Marchutan server if anyone else is interested. My charater is, surprise, Hoss.
I was/am a Civilization addict since the early 1990s. I’m currently on the wagon. If I start playing again, I won’t do anything but for about 2-3 weeks. Since that game, I never had much time or interest in any other “serious” games. The only console system I ever owned was the Atari 2600 from the 80s. I sold it on ebay a few years ago for a pretty penny. I sold all the games I had one by one and some of them fetched good prices.
just got rid of ninja gaiden 2 path of the mentor isn’t a diffuclty setting it’s maschoism. of course oblivion is awesome and so is fallout 3 though it gets boring at the end when you can’t help but have several hundred stimpatchs at all times (only on third or fourth play through that is). For fallout the most fun I had was playing a stealth hand to hand guy (gal actualy).
Gears of war 2 and call of duty and last but not least halo wars but gow 2 is my favorite all on the 360
