Thankfully solved with Alex’s help. As you know I experimented with opening new membership accounts - it seems that these are now redundant because the issue has been resolved at source; so now we have people with multiple accounts which is not something we need. Please use only your old account and we will delete the duplicates at some point. Thanks for your patience!
