Which snuff, in your opinions, comes closest to the aroma of Turkish Delight? I’m getting some nice TD hints from Poschl Packards Club, and from a Snuffstore blend (I think it’s Mulled Spice) and I’m enjoying them, but is there a snuff that is like full on Turkish Delight…like inhaling a Fry’s Turkish Delight bar?
Here is Toffeenose’s recipe: Toque Chocolate 1 part Dholakia Chocolate 1 part Toque Rose 2 parts Toque Raspberry (just a pinch)

I find GH’s English Rose to be very close, without any modification. The base tobacco has a slight hint of chocolate and the rose scent is as expected.

My latest Toque shipment arrived with some Rose in it - guess what was the first thing I did once the packet was open

I just recently threw out a small bottle of Rose Water , it was past its use by date.
It was bought a couple of years ago for making home made Turkish Delight. It wasn’t bad stuff.
If only I had thought about before hand I could have tried placing some in a beer top and leaving in a box of snuff to see if the smell would transfer into the snuff.
Anyone wishing to find some Rose Water for perfuming their own snuff, try Indian and Eastern food stores, I read somewhere that they use it to flavour all sorts of dishes.

Or just mix some strong rose snuff (Sugandha Sagar Rose or Dholakia Ganga or Kamal) as a flavoring agent

Easy rose water
You will need fragrant roses
a pot with a lid
a bowl that will fit inside the pot
and Ice
fill the pot about 1/2 way with water ,bring to a hard boil, add roses return to boil , place bowl on top of roses ,reduce heat to just below medium high, put lid on upside down. Fill the top of lid with Ice. You may have to replace the ice once or twice as it melts. The steam will drip off the pot lid handle and collect in the bowl. be careful you don’t burn the roses or you will have burnt rose water.
