 Ok I did it.

Now it wasn’t horrific as I expected it to be, but I hated it.

 It reminded me of the room that the milk was stored in when I was in elementary school (yes, in canada we had rooms of milk in school…don’t ask). Anyways, sometimes a rotten one was hidden in one of the fridges, and it reeked…now that smell plus the smell of kids eating their school lunches actually comes close to what this snuff smells like. It’s horrible, but not unbearable. My husband likes it, and I have no idea why…he now takes it before bed. School lunch and rotten milk…not blue cheese and bacon. Thankfully the toque chocolate and toffee made up for this god awful reek that took hours to get out of my nose.

Make sure your husband saves a bit of C&B for you. You will be craving it in a week.
:))

Scent memory is a powerful thing. I have found a few snuffs that trigger various memories for me. Some good , some awful.

D

@bigmick  It’s the strangest damn thing too.  I love the start, hate the finish, and the linger just kills me…and yet I just have to take a pinch of it every once in a while.  My tin will last for ages at this rate, but still…I must have it.

B

I still shudder at the thought of this stuff after almost 2 years.

S

I have tried it a few times now and I get the bacon but i’m not really getting the cheese. I know everybody say the flavors start fading after opening but with Toque I am experiencing the opposite the are bland at first but after a while of being open the flavors are getting stronger at least with the fruits for me.

J

I’ll reiterate an important point regarding snuff that has been kept in an airtight environment. It will need to breath in order for the scenting to bloom. By the way I’ve never touched this stuff (C&B).

V

I keep sniffing this can, and all I can think of is the school lunch-lady.

S

Vepr … which part of the lunch-lady?   :-))

V

@snuffbrant,

Not a good part, maybe her stinky shoes. Not that I EVER smelled the lunch-lady’s shoes!

:open_mouth:

S

funny … i couldn’t resist … i know it was poor form.  all in good spirits!    but yes, somewhere stinky … i actually like the cheese and bacon … i was a bit surprised myself.  like a bag of cheesy potato skins with bacon bits.

V

 @snuffbrant,

I abhorr the stuff, and yet somewhere…someplace deep in my sinuses, it makes me really hungry. And thats odd, because I hate school lunches, they smell vile.

S

@ Juxtaposer… Thanks, that explains it, I am still a noobie

L

You will assimilate… The C&B Borg will assimilate all of you!

V

@luxaorta

sadly, in the later series there was no specific “Red Shirt” so I do not know if I will die, be assimilated or never know what it is like.

We are interested in it, only because of the love of bacon and cheese. I don’t know if we would spend the money on buying it.

L

Oh I would hope some one has The Mighty C&B in bulk that could give you a sample.

T

Will be walking on the wild side shortly, placed an order of the Cheese and Bacon . I’m  terrified and excited.

M

There are just two things in life I have no desire for: a cell phone and Cheese & Bacon. Perhaps I will be poorer for that, but I have my principles :->

X

@Mouse I’m with you on both counts. Both are paths to hell.

B

For the record and my two cents, I have yet to try C&B. I don’t plan on it either.

T

I’m surprised this thread exists…not many people have faced the dreaded Cheesea-baconus and lived to tell the tale. For most it remains no more than a myth.

B

lunch lady’s shoes how visual an imagery, gags me to think of the scent. Now I want to try Limburgertabac is sound like cheese but the description states nothing about cheese.

J

I’m with bipolarbear on this one!
