Thanks @Rake! @zimobog It’s a refillable snuff box. Its flips snuff up into your nose. Great for toasts and such if you don’t want to oversniff. But I’ve learned you don’t want to sniff while shooting… Or it’ll land in throat anyway. 
Nice gaggit, now you can do away with the can of pepperspray.
