made this in work  one one day out of my turtles shell that falls off

its a 10 gram toque tin … pics arent the best  …       

sprayed with walnut toner then coats of polyurethane kinda rushed it tbh

I think it’s pretty cool.  Just the unique factor makes it work keeping imo.

Hmm… Every now and again I find scutes from my Red Ear.  Must give this a try!

@ cstokes … its hard to find big enough flat bits thou so i had to cut into strips …  think it looks better that way

My Red Ear is pretty big, about 11", I find 2-3 inch scutes all the time.  Winter break project, here I come.
