Hey guys sorry for another thread so soon. Can someone explain to me the difference between Toque USA whiskey and honey and Toque whiskey and honey. The only difference I see is a different colored can and the abbreviation " USA " Is this the same product? To make this even more confusing mrsnuff has a picture of " toque USA peach " in the page for toque USA whiskey and honey. Obviously that is a mistake on mrsnuff’s part but generally I just wanted to know if there is any difference in formula between the USA and non USA Thanks

C

From the description USA claims to be stronger… Dunno if there’s a big difference

according to Mr. Toque hisself: "We have tweaked the Toque USA flavours and relaunched starting with the first five. 1. Whiskey & Honey. This is an amazing snuff in more ways than one. We have taken the old faithful W&H and pimped it beyond belief. We’ve added Rustica to the tobacco blend and flavoured it in the usual way. Sounds simple but, what a snuff. This is not for the faint hearted. 2. Chocolate. This is an unashamed copy of the ‘Smiths’ wonderful creamy chocolate with a vanilla undertone. 3. Spearmint. A new addition to the Toque range. A mellow, refreshing, clean tasting snuff on a medium/fine grind. 4. Lime. A belter of zesty lime on a medium stemless moist Germanic base with a great kick of nicotine. 5. Peach. One of my favourites. A juicy fresh snuff on a moist Germanic base with a hint of menthol with a medium grind. "

Thanks mouse! I’ll be buying both. I appreciate your post… You’re the one mouse I’ll never think to try to genetically manipulate or grow an ear on. Lol ^^

A friendly suggestion: If you want to start new threads instead of adding to the current ones, why not give a more descriptive title. People will know what’s the thread about, and will also find it later with the search function.

I refuse to be creative.

I really like Toque Whiskey and Honey. However, Toque USA Whiskey and Honey is far better, to my taste. It is one of my favorite snuffs. Just great and nothing less. Try the two of them side by side.

D

I agree @fredh‌ I ordered both, I don’t know what the difference is, but its enough to make me order another can of the USA W and H

J

Interesting. Ordered from Toque a few months ago. One was the Peach. Didn’t see two different ones list. Need to check again.

This is my list for my next purchase So far Sws Lundy foot, fields of juniper, and creme de figue toque whiskey and honey Toque whiskey and honey usa Hedges L260 Toque USA wild berry Toque pomegranate Gunna pick 5 choices from mr chef at the old mill too. Haven’t decided yet. His snuffs look divine I’m gunna end up paying more for shipping but I plan on buying the toques direct from toque for optimal freshness Already bought sws Havana toast, cafe 11 and white elephant. Am I missing anything besides Moro SWS? I know it’s supposed to be great but citrus or orange flavors aren’t my thing

C

I’m waiting for my toque menthol to be used up before I go for hedges tho… Menthol always fades too quick for me. I’m sure I’m missing something… F&t possibly?

K

Do yourself a favor and grab F&T HDT. You’re new, as am I, but it’s spectacular snuff. If you really want to get your technique down, that’s one of the snuffs to aid yourself with.

Added to the list thank you. Do you think there’s any other I’m missing? Any good wilsons that aren’t toasts?

K

Tom Buck and Grand Cairo

@Cigshurtmylungs‌, what did you think of White Elephant?

J

@Cigshurtmylungs You might also like to add the Toque USA Peach - it has a delightfully natural peach aroma, just enough menthol to give it a little lift and the german-style base makes it very easy to take. In large amounts.

Thank you I actually will add that the more I think about it the better it sounds

Just added it yesterday and I heard its delicious! Right next to whiskey and honey on my list. Still waiting on my 40 dollar order for 3 snuffs… Felt like cig prices but then I remembered it takes me a month to finish 10 grams but I smoke a pack a day plus I’ve been dying to try white elephant even if it’s just a mixer

Use up your other menthols, then get some Hedges (the only menthol for me). I don’t think you’ll find it fades all that quickly (and I rather think you’ll enjoy it).

Thanks man. I was hoping it was tough stuff! ( I’ve smoked menthol cigs for years and loved them ) menthol snuff so far I love even more. I can feel the menthol and tobacco much more with snuff so far which is good.

@Roderick‌, any chance of the USA line being offered in economy bags? Oh and I see that you stuck your take on Scotch snuff amongst the silver dollar line you sneaky bastard, is it any good? If so, more the reason for economy offerings. The damn twist tins lead me to believe that Einstein at some point in his life forgot what 2+2 was for a moment.

Toque has a line of wonderful snuffs. For me their Natural Toast, Spanish Gem and USA Whisky and Honey are daily go-to snuffs. Cheese and Bacon has it’s place, but only when I’m hungry. There isn’t a snuff in the bunch that isn’t top notch. Some suit me more than others at any given time of day, weather, mood and/or beverage selection.

K

Toque was my first brand. I can say no wrong about them, because I still enjoy cheating on my McC’s Mild Lemon with Toque’s Spanish Gem. I won’t tell M.L. if you won’t.

S

Ive come to appreciate Toque. Starting out I wasn’t too impressed and it still isn’t one of my faves but there are days when I enjoy a nice pinch.
