Hey guys, Just wondering if people here in the U.S. are still getting Toque deliveries without problem? I want to make a small order next week(I’m sitting on almost half a kilo here, but I’m outta Lime Toast, and that just won’t do!), and I want to make sure I’m not going to run into trouble.

I’m interested in this as well. I only placed one order with Roderick before PACT, but I really want to try a lot more different kinds. I’m almost almost positive Mr.Snuff’s orders will still make it through still, but what I’m really wondering about is the bottom line with nicotine rush. They have so many I want to try

Nicotine Rush is no longer shipping to the US, so I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting for them to do so. Make some European friends who’d be willing to accept shipments and forward them to you if you want to place an order.

I live in Europe, Spain to be more precise. If any of you guys need my help, don´t hesitate in asking for it. The only problem I can foresee, would it be absolutely legal to receive an order not in my name? I don´t know how it should be done. Anyway, here I am, if you need me.

They have stayed the PACT crap oops I mean act. So it isn’t in effect if I understand correctly. So there shouldn’t be any problems.

I dunno how it is in Europe, but I’ve never been asked for ID when mailing a package.

There’s a thought tho. We could compile a list of european volunteers, who would be willing to take the time and trouble to ensure our stateside brethren don’t run out of options even if the PACT does get finalized. I know Finland is a lost cause (as our postal service charges us whatever they please), but I’m willing to bet there are countries where it would be dirt cheap to forward orders to the great blue yonder over the pond. The cheme I’m thinking of is as follows: a bunch of people sort out the costs of forwarding, and once we have the winners, we make another list for orders. Then those who want the packages forwarded, add their lists to that, and once a volunteer has the time, s/he throws the client a line with a whisper. The client then pays the order, and the volunteer makes it happen. Simple. Not that I want the PACT to take hold, but it never hurts to have a contingency plan.

I recently placed an order on the 12th of July with Toque. So far I’m extremely happy with my Raspberry Menthol, Toast & Marmalade, and Quit, but am really looking forward to trying out the Honey and Whiskey everyone talks about. I suppose that should have been in my first order, heh. Well hopefully the PACT Rats won’t take away my snuffy goodness! I’ll keep you posted with results.

I’ll happily order for the US folk who are stranded, obviously I’ll have to add my p&p costs but that shouldn’t come to more than 3 or 4 quid so if anybody feels that this is the way to go just whisper me your details. Stefan

I have to attest to what Carol here is saying, it is easily the tastiest snuff I’ve had so far. As I was warned, so shall I warn you: It is a dry toast, not very easy to take if you don’t have a decent mastery over you powers of inhaling. I know I don’t. But I’m still enjoying it.

I’m worried about my latest Toque order actually. Placed it 8 days ago and it hasn’t arrived yet. I believe it was shipped 7 days ago as well. The first 2 orders i got from Toque came in 5 days. I really really hope those federal f?@ks did not seize my order, it was a pretty big order as well.

They only let amounts quantified as “for personal use” through. Yours must have been humongenous, so the rap sheet will say: “With intent to distribute.” We are talking heavy time here, Husk. Wait, who’s that? It’s the FBI knocking on your door. I’m going to hell or jail for that bit, btw.

Huskbuntu, I had an order take 10 days once. Usually it’s 6-7 for me. Don’t give up hope!

Well, in all seriousness, no need to panic just yet. Being unaware of the shipping method employed by Toque, I will assume they are using SAl, or surface-airlift (based on the free shipping scheme). That involves packages being transported along when there’s space for it on planes serving other, higher priority transportation needs, such as Pirority Mail, couriers, and so on. So if the package is a tad on the fatter side, it might take a bit till it’s number is up. (This completely unneccessary explanation was provided to you by the Finnish Postal Service, uncontestedly the most expensive Postal COMPANY anywhere in the world.) Edit: SAL usually involves up to 28 days for parcels. Just to put things into perspective.

Ill let you know what happens, thanks guys for your optimism. Ive had getsnus take a lot longer one time too, but it eventually came. I was just worried because of the PACT thing. And being a veteran with anxiety problems and also a libertarian anything increasing federal control always makes me worry lol. And the fact that I only have about 3 pinches of Spanish Gem left… thats even worse

Mittens, Japan is competing with Finland. I order thing from there fairly often, and it doesn’t matter if you’re just ordering a magazine, most places use EMS, which starts at about $18. Germany regularly hits me with $25 shipping fees, and I’ve been told that less then 100g of snuff from Poland to the US may run me about $40 in shipping fees. Finland could be worse.

Thank you Roderick, thats excellent news. I really enjoy Toque and Ive been turning some friends at the local tavern on to it. The consensus seems to be about 90% of people who try it love it (once you fill them in on how to use it properly) And I am glad PACT isn’t going to affect your business. People here are blown away by the free shipping as well. Thats almost unheard of around here

Just received my Toque order today! Got it without a problem, not even a single speck of snuff out of its tin. Guess i was getting worried for nothing!

My order arrived, woo! Delayed a bit but didn’t get lost which is awesome. Big bag of Spanish Gem too You guys were right no reason for me to freak out about it. I am going to try some of the flavors i haven’t had first like the Berwick brown and Peppermint.
