Toque Original contains menthol?

I’ve read through the Reviews today and found two reviews stating that Toque Original contains a bit of menthol. Now, I don’t know whether my nose is wrong but I certainly can’t pick up any menthol in there. Any comments about it will be appreciated.

I just took a pinch. I detect no menthol in there.

I didn’t either. Sometimes reviews will be reviewing the wrong thing.

No menthol in mine just regular ol’ tobacco flavored snuff

Mine tastes like Menthol. It was shipped with Toque St. Clements that escaped from the 25gm tins in shipmpent. And the same shipment had a bunch of Poschl Red Bull and other menthols. I blame it on the Donkeys that opened my stuff and didn’t put it back like they found it.

When I ordered my Toque snuff they all had exactly the same smell (fresh, sweet and minty, not a bad smell, but enough to make you cry if you order a ton of different snuffs and all of them are the same, though I did not cry, I promise) because of cross contamination, but it solved itself pretty soon. I guess the people who rated it said that because of cross contamination too, as Toque Original is an SP pretty similar to SP Extra, only without the ‘extra’ (it’s more mellow and simple, and doesn’t have as much Vitamin N).

It could be due to the fact that touque “original” is not really the original toque. I believe it was snus ice or something like that which was a menthol snuff. I’m sure somebody can clear this up with more accuracy.

Maybe customs poured it all out in one pile to make sure nothing was hidden in the tins and then poured it back helter skelter.

I would not be surprised, all in that packet do have a mentholated tint. But mostly St Clements taste.

Cross contamination is easily remedied by a short period of separation anxiety.

@Nachman does customs actually do that? That’s horrible if they do. Alot of folks recently, their mr snuff orders have taken alot longer than normal. I wonder if customs are looking over each one with a fine tooth comb.

probably looking them over with a plastic straw

I don’t think UPS has discovered the treasures contained, Yet. I am very, very certain USPS has discovered several treasures in my packages and have shared for their own personal use without my permission.

Customs does what they want to do. Its sort of like a 300 lb gorilla. Who is going to stop them?
