i am sure there are reasons for return … i am curious why the initial departure … suppose it is none of my business, still, this is “the” best snuff forum, imo, and the Toque love here is strong …

I recall that there were conditions with regards to Toque’s move to the US; If I remember correctly retailers didn’t want Roderick to encourage direct purchasing and advertising on a massive snuff community website contravened that.

I know I kid Roderick a lot about a stronger snuff, but I have learned a bit more about him, and as always I have nothing but the kindest words for him. He is a master snuff craftsman and he even took a few minutes last year to help us out in our great “Spanish Folly” undertaking. I am a devoted taker of Rose, Vanilla, and of course the wonderful Whisky and Honey. I have enjoyed my Rustica and was really delighted with the Thouc Lao. My hording instincts have been to keep a large amount of his bulk creations on hand. And I admire and covet each one! I do believe that he is suffering some of the side effects of being successful, but it is a great product and should be well worth the effort! Cheers Roderick, and thanks for all you do!

That reminds me, I need to refill my tin of peppermint. I wonder, will this turn into my first bulk purchase?

By the by, I was not smitten with Spanish Gem when I first tried it. After a few weeks I’ve tried it again. Really exceptionally nice. I have no idea what makes the aroma.
