Why is it better?

Does the toque flask have a rubber seal? Does the stainless steel vial from Mr Snuff? How much snuff does the mrsnuff vial hold? Is it made by rococo? 

Which would you buy? 

It’s going to be something I take with me everywhere, and use to tap snuff out onto a boxcar. I’m using toasts, quit, and taxi red.
