I’ve only had a few But I like Mc Chrystal’s Original & Genuine Hedges L-260 What are some others that are great also that have their own character. I would love to hear your favorites 
A+S Schweiser Menthol… that pricey Swiss snuff on Mr. Snuff (that appears to be sold out at the moment). It sets itself apart from other menthol snuffs. It has a very medicated smell - it reminds me of prescription cough medicine I had as a child. I don’t know if anyone else can relate to that… kind of a distant memory but I’m pretty sure that’s what it reminds me of. That’s my favorite menthol.
Dholakia Medicated No. 10 also has a nice scent that’s different from other menthols I’ve had. There’s something in it that reminds me of strawberry Twizzlers. Again, that’s probably just me.
Edit: I forgot to add the 3rd. WoS SP Menthol. I never would have tried it on my own, but I got it in a Mr. Snuff pot luck. I’m a fan of the SP+Menthol combo.

Gawith Hoggarth CM McChrystal’s O&G J&H Wilson Medicated No.99 CM is my favorite because it isn’t extreme menthol, and once the menthol and camphor wears off it finishes with that nice lakeland floral scent.
Nice Sandwichisles SeanOCDPx I been wanting to try that Swiss snuff ,I didn’t think I’d be into menthol/medicated snuffs but I been in the mood for menthol lately but only have the O&G and L-260 lol

OG Is my all day snuff, but I really like McCrhystal Sturco as well.

So far to me O&G is the HDT of mentholated snuffs but I have some L260 on order which might change my perspective soon.

Wilson’s SM blue is like a drier cousin to OG, it’s their best menthol in my opinion.

My favorites in order are Toque Menthol, Hedges then Wilson’s Extra Menthol, but I am not opposed to doing a line of crushed menthol crystals either

Are there any Old Mills that are Mentholated?
The only mentholated snuff I’ve personally had from OM is Alpine. De-freaking-licious, but not as mentholy as it is minty. Like eating a fresh mint leaf right out of your garden. Mmmmmmmm
