Hi All, yea I still look everyday here on this site but I don’t post much as I am buzy preparing to move. [aren’t you all lucky I don’t post much, haha]. Ok heres the deal, I have to say that I have made several purchases from Tom since hes been in business. Not a ton of purchases but several. I use snuff every day but only a few tokes at night. Anyway, I placed an order and we had a very minor problem. I won’t go into the actual problem but I HAVE to say that, after explaining the situation to Tom, He immediately offered to correct the problem. I told him that he didn’t have to do what he mentioned and to let it go. I just wanted him to be aware of this. I just figured that he needed to know whats up. Anyway, Tom way more than corrrected the issue. Damit Tom, you didn’t need to do that. Its very much appreciated tho. I just wish every person that we have to deal with in our everyday lives would simply be fair. There are too many instances in my life where people just want to take and take and barely give you what you pay for, whether it be product or services. Tom @ NicotineRush is the best. So Tom, my hats off to you bud. I won’t forget. As a matter of fact I just had an idea how to “get back” at you. LMAO, Just wait Ahh ha ha ha ha. Boy are you gona be surprized. Agreed, Tom is the man. Now, to be fair, I just haven’t used many other US vendors. But, that’s basically because I have received nothing but top notch service and attention from Tom. So, unless I absolutely have to get something he doesn’t carry, I have no reason to stray. Although, that is rapidly becoming a nonissue as he has gone out of his way to stock like everything.
And it’s a good thing you don’t post often on here PP…I’ve read many of your snuson posts!! 
Joking, of course! (I’m desirexe over there). The closer it gets to be autumn/winter, the more I’m using snuff again. For some reason, I have no desire to use snuff during the hot, muggy summertime! I am due to place another snuff order soon and will definitely go through Nicotine Rush. The service and personal communication has been great the 3 times I’ve ordered thus far. At the same time, the other companies listed to the left are just as great but NR is located in my same state, my orders have reached me literally within 24 hours!!! Just adding one more thing: Over the past year, I’ve read many posts from Tom stating that he’d be away to take care of his ailing mother but would still remain committed to his business, that is something I respect him for doing because I don’t think I could. Tom, my prayers go out to you and your family with your mother’s passing.
Tom and nicotinerush are excellent, but I like doing business with mrsnuff.com just as much! Tom has a better selection, but both really care about their customers.
Yea, I think almost all of the nicotine suppliers take great care of their customers. Certainly all the ones that advertize here do. But this time Tom went WAY BEYOND what was really necessary. Thanks Tom.

I’d also like to thank you Tom for ur fast and superior service. You always put the cusomer first . People and companies like yours are a dying breed. I’ve only ordered snuffs from nicotine rush and I would never buy from another vender even if they got something u are out of I’d rather wait for it to come in simply because I know it will be here in 2.5 days and I’m helping out a fellow Floridian that always goes out of his way to make things perfect everytime.Thanks again Tom!

I’ve had nothing but superior service from Tom. Now that he has managed to convince those dolts at Poschl and Bernards to start supplying more variety I’ll probably use him as my exclusive goto guy with the occasional direct Toque order. MrSnuff is also excellent and I love the fact that he supplies bulk Wilson’s orders. If I weren’t so broke all the time I’d make several large purchases of certain Wilson’s flavors.
I’ve ordered my pipe tobacco and cigars from the same place for years because of good service and I expect it will be the same with Tom. He actually cares about his customers so how can you not reciprocate?
Tom deserves a Christmas present
Thats not a bad idea. We used to give a package of hankies to the mailman every year when I was a kid. I’m sure Tom could appreciate a gift like that.
We could just send it to the return address on our Nicotine Rush boxes. Wonder what he would make of it. Of course, that’s assuming he doesn’t read this.
Tom’s already wrote to me saying he accepts all gifts.
LOL. Tom has been peaking and is a bad boy this Christmas. I’m sending him dirty socks with a lump of coal inside. Just joking of course. My real gift will be more business and PR. Start enclosing some business cards with those orders Tom. I’ll scatter them at every tobacco shop and smoke filled AA meeting I go to.
My christmas present to Tom is giving him more of my money. I just put in another order about a half hour ago and my email is telling me that it shipped 5 minutes ago! I’m impressed. Thanks, Tom!
