This morning … I was cutting the lawn … just over 70, light breeze, bright and beautiful morning … I had just snuffed a copious amount of Old Mill Evangeline… I lit up a Rocky Patel Vintage 1990 Dark Wrap cigar … The 71 degree day had a brezze the brought to me the scent of the late tobacco in the field as well as the smell of the cured leaf in the barns at the edge of the yard … It was bliss. Un-equivocated bliss. I wish you all could have been here to share it.

Don’t listen to him - he just wants us to help with his lawn! :)) Sounds like a lovely moment, old chap - I love the scent of the morning air while the dew is still around but I’m rarely up early enough on a day off to experience it.

Personally, for me snuff and cigars dont mix. But I once aged a Rocky Patel Sungrown and it was divine. Lol

For me tobacco zen is when I abstain for whatever reason for 6+ hours and take a couple of large pinches of something strong.

It was the first thing i had smoked since 3-11-2014 - did not plan on the pairing, just how life worked out - and it was great. Could I reproduce it? I seriously doubt it - the sun, the wind, the scents of the barns and fields, too many elements that had to “sync” to make it perfect - but it was .

@horus92‌, not that it happens to me often, but yes. The thing that gets me is how much stronger the scent is. Same when I’m well overdue for coffee. I guess it’s something about how the brain wires work.
