I was curious about other peoples’ opinions on the subject. Please make some recommendations on brands and their products with your opinion on their moistness and coarseness. =)
My favorite at the moment? That would have to be Wilsons Tom Buck with a medium moistness and medium-fine grind. I am awaiting some Viking Dark and Dholakia Black for the dark kind of deal.
