I have been struggling with this lately as 10g seems to be the most commonly available size here in the UK with the exxception of Toque who graciously offer all their snuffs in 25g. The thing is 10g is great to try a new snuff but not large enough for those that i re-order. My Smoking Shop is one of the few places that offer the Wilsons range in 25G and the McChrystals O&G in Extra Large. So why aren’t the more popular snuffs more widely available in 25g tins If you could have 10 snuffs in 25g that aren’t readily available in this size that you would re-order on a regular basis what would your list look like.
J&H Wilson’s Top Mill No. 1 would be top of my list, followed by all the Samuel Gawith snuffs I like (and there are a lot of those).
i am going have a good think about this and then post my list in the hope that if we can find some common ground on this subject perhaps we can make this happen. I love buying from snuffstore as my orders arrive so quickly but i just can’t buy things like Tom Buck in 10gs as i would go through at least 2 of these a week. The Dholakia Swiss Choc i don’t even have any as only seen the 25g available on a US site. I definately think we could benefit both ourselves and the retailers by posting on this subject i can understand snuff has limited shelf life but i would think that a case of something like O&G XL would go quickly as its on a lot of peoples top 5 list i get through over 10gs of this every week.
Here’s my list McChrystals O&G Samuel Gawith No1 High Mill Dholakia Swiss Chocolate WoS Tom Buck WoS Irish High Toast 22 WoS Best SP Samuel Gawith Black Coffee WoS Strasbourg McChrystals Apricot McChrystals Raspberry
S’Nuff
All of the Quit With Snuff flavors need to be in larger containers (and have a unified and lower pricing scheme) and of course the McChrystals O&G.

Wonderful, the world of snuff !! I can’t buy much decent snuff in SA but I CAN buy the BIG tins of O&G and Medicated No 99 here. I would like ALL snuff to be available in both 10g and 25g tins. Those small tins are a waste of time and I was wondering why the companies stick to them. Do they perhaps make more money by selling those shitty little things? I empty them into a bigger container and find much joy in chucking (there is a more suitable word for this which rhymes with chucking) them in the trash bin. And what about those square little plastic things which J&H Wilson use to pack their stuff??? Maybe they still have 9,000,000,000,000 left from an order which went wrong somewhere, so they must keep on selling this boxes which is fit for a dwarf only.
I love the McChrystals Apricot but again don’t buy because its just way too small i would literally go through a 3.5g tin with my morning coffee. McChrystals is really annoying as at least Samuel Gawith and Wilsons of Sharrow can be got in 25g tins.
