I don’t think so. First, there are no real brands of Nepali snuff. Everyone there makes his own but they are look-a-like. Secondly, it is only sold on the streets in the countries you mention. Take a holiday and try!

When I was in Tibet, most of the shops sold Indian snuffs, although there were some cigarette sellers who sold some more local looking stuff.
