May well be a stupid question, but why is there a lid within-a-lid on the Thunder Chew Bags boxes… :-?

It is to put the used portons in when you are done with them if you can’t find a bin, same as with snus (which is basically is).

They are the same tins they use for the snus so they don’t have to go the expense of using new tins just for it, also catch lids are a genius invention as you can quickly take out a portion discreetly.
