Hello. Just put my first order though Touqe, having it shipped to Edmonton, Alberta here in Canada. Just wondering on others experiences though this company with things like quality and shipping.

Top notch Customer Service and product quality.

Product is top quality and service overall is excellent. Shipping is very fast to the destination country. It’s beyond Toque’s control at that point and your countrymen will have to speak to that. US Customs seems to take 5-10 days to release the package. Again, welcome!

Fellow Canadian here, I’ve made a couple ordered through Toque before and normally takes 2-3 weeks for me which is nearish to Winnipeg. Never had a problem with customs either

I take it normal orders do not come with a tracking ID? I’m addicted to tracking ID’s. I swear my Canada Post app hates me. Lol

Great costumer service and excellent products. It’s worth subscribing to their newsletter as well, to keep track of limited edition snuffs.

Oh yes. I received my order just over a week later. 200g economy bag of Whiskey and Honey, and 50g economy bag of Rustica and a Snuffmaster. My only issue was the zip lock bags. After reloading my Snuffmaster a few times, the fine grind of this stuff keeps the bags from closing. However I fixed this issue by going to Walmart today and picking up some glass jars with an airtight seal. I was even able to take off the sticklers from the bag and place them on the glass jars. It gives it more of a presentable vibe instead of feeling like a dirty doper digging into a bag of powder. Lol. I caught on quick to the snuffmaster and I enjoy its stealthy capabilities. I hardly use my vape anymore and I’m enjoying these flavors. I’m already picking out new 200 g Economy bags for my next order. I’m going to line a shelf with a lot of glass jars

In other words, I’m am beside myself with my order Touqe. I am beyond happy and my research did not lead me astray. I consider myself a hard critic when it comes to being a consumer and you have earned yourself a loyal customer. I am eager to place more orders and look forward to rewarding my pallette with your selection of flavors. @Roderick does the Rustica come in a higher amount then 50g? Would love a 200g bag of it. I’m thinking of ordering the blueberry and coke flavors. I’m going to have to stop at Ikea this week to purchase a wall mounted shelf for my new glass jars. I’m totally immersed in to this now. Lol. @Roderick If you start seeing more orders coming your way from Edmonton Alberta here in Canada, chances are it’s because I sent them your way. I deal with a lot of people everyday and I get so many questions about my Snuffmaster. It usually ends up with me delivering someone their first Snuff experience. I make sure to pass along your website for top quality and a price that makes people throw out their cigarettes and vapes for good. You should consider a referral program. Ha ha ha. I thought I’d love the blueberry but I didn’t. I thought I probably wouldn’t rate the coke but I love it, since my last Toque order it’s the snuff I’ve been reaching for the most, top class flavour and base tobacco, it’s an all day for me, especially when out walking. Go for it.

Just wanted to say ordered from toque on a Monday morning eastern time and received my product on Saturday with the regular mail. I am in eastern Pennsylvania, USA. Thought that to be pretty impressive.

Why the hell have I not already posted in this thread??? Roderick at Toque is a star! I’ll confess that I haven’t ordered from him for a while, because I’m happily working my way through the couple of kilos (at a guess) that I already have in stock from him. Nice bloke, excellent service, and he happens to make some of my favourites too.

I’ll be placing my next order in a couple weeks. Love that Rustica. I want a 200g bag. It offered me a beautiful potency that subdued my cravings. So good mixed in with the Whiskey and Honey. I did send you an email with a question about my snuff master. No idea of you read it.

Obviously what happens when it leaves Toque is out of Roderick’s hands. I have yet to hear anybody say a bad word about the gentleman or his product. My own experience is his snuff and friendly, personal service is tops. I’ve had mostly good experiences with most of the major brands but with one-man operations like Roderick’s and Jaaps’  you’re getting a product that was made with a lot of love and care. I feel certain if these guys could make snuff and give it away and didn’t need the money they would do it. They love their work and it shows. Nobody is going to make a mistake buying from either of them. That doesn’t mean every snuff you buy will agree with you or be what you’re looking for. But you know you’re getting something made right by people who really give a darn about what they’re doing. It doesn’t get much better.

Just to swell Roderick’s head a little bit further, I really appreciate Toque’s commitment to producing a healthy product. They always provide good information on what they put into snuff and make an extra effort to make sure it’s not bad for you. That might come from the company’s founding myth, the story about Roderick’s oncologist wife. I’ll leave that story to him. But whatever, it’s a good move with the current zeitgeist, with the panic about health impacts. I don’t order Toque much these days, but I remember their snuffs as my first introduction to this wonderful substance. Class act.

I learned about snuff in mid 2010 and settled on ordering from toque because shipping was free and it seemed to be the safest bet as it was straight from manufacturer. i remember it arrived quickly and without duty. I got 2 10g tins but couldnt really enjoy them because it made me sneeze. i fell back into smoking cigs.

fast forward 5 years and i decided to revisit alternative tobacco products to curb my cigarette habit. my first thought was toque snuff. not sure if the customs duty and tax situation had evolved in that time, i emailed roderick and got a prompt reply assuring me i could get it resent for another try and i wouldnt be left no tobacco and no money. this really galvanized my trust for toque, especially after hearing all the horror stories of canadians ordering from northerner and other sites, who just say “too bad, its not our problem, should have checked your local laws.”

since then i’ve turned my friend john onto snuffing and we order exclusively from toque. together we’ve probably ordered a conservative 40 tins and many bulk rustica bags. i think we’re lucky in the prairies since me and him have never been hit with customs. but i hear it’s much worse in ontario and bigger provinces.

Cannot go wrong with Toque! I started my snuffing life on it, then after a while went on a spree of trying as many other snuffs as I could get my hands on (we’ve all been there, no?). Now come full circle and use Toque the most, though still have a handful of other must-have snuffs. And as many have noted, customer service leaves absolutely nothing to be desired.

I am lucky enough to live in the U.K. (You won’t hear me say that very often!) and I received my order from Toque the very next day. You can’t get much better than that.

I just recieved an order from them and was furious. IT WAS NOT TOQUE’S FAULT. But the fucking mail service ripped it open to see what it was then just put it in another plastic bag with a ‘sorry’ note attached to it. And I thought US mail sucked… (edit I should mention it was a bulk bag, not a can so they ripped the bulk bag open, snuff everywhere. )

@Bizarrestaff Sorry to hear that man. Sometimes customs don’t think, probably ripped it open hoping it was some illegal substance they can “confiscate”. Have you weighed out your order to see if you’re missing much?

@Dj_Evictor I will have to try that, 1/4th Rustica to Spanish Gem is one of my favorite Rustica mixes. Although at the moment I’m out of both Spanish Gem and Chocolate, I need to make an order ASAP!
