A bartender of my acquaintance when annoyed by a drunk trying for a free drink would take his bar sponge and squeeze it into a shot glass. I usually snuff at my desk. any snuff that falls lands on a sheet of white paper which, at day’s end, I do with a straw. Never the same and never boring.

I am so glad I don’t drink. If snuff does not make it into my nose the first time ,it just wasn’t meant to be. I write it off as a loss. Bless you and your thriftiness, Waste not want not as the old saying goes! I thought someone discovered a new pinching method :^o

there is only one good way to get free drinks from a bartender. Find a female bartender be nice and don’t hit on her.
