You are in public and decide to partake. A pub, cafe or a waiting room. You produce your snuff box, take a pinch or pour a bump and insufflate…and… within a few seconds someone ELSE in the room sneezes! This has happened to me several times. When I turn my head towards the culprit, it would appear that she hasn’t been watching me - or maybe she just turned her head away before I was looking. Strange. Have you ever experienced this phenomenon? This odd sneezing by proxy.

Voodoo sneeze! What’d be really funny is to eat a plate of rice and beans, watch what that same person does in about 40 minutes…

I will say when I smoked, I used to get pleasure out of walking in a store with a snubbed out cigarette in my mouth and would almost always hear someone cough, Lol! They call it a ‘knee-jerk’ reaction or a ‘jerk-off’s reaction’ depending who it is.

I think that is possible, kinda like how a yawn is contagious.

I dropped a tin of D. white in a room and everybody sneezed.

Whenever I take DW with my wife in the car with me, she chokes or sneezes. I try to remember to crack the window, but I forget sometimes.

actualy a stubed out cig still would be giving off possible irratents(feck spelling says me.) really a person would have to be sick already or allergic to tobacco to really be bothered by it.

On the other hand, I might just be what we in the UK call “taking the piss”.

Thanks for thoughts. Maybe it’s just me. Perhaps my mind is starting to unravel at relatively early age. Or, as insufflator said, they are messing with me.

I think there is something in the room and everyone else is sneezing, but you are not, because of the wonderful use of snuff. I have not taken allergy pills since I started snuff almost 2 years ago. First time in my life and I am 48.
