on a lighter note … this may offend some … but i figure if i have this affliction, others do as well … i have noticed some snuffs, later in the day, while “cleaning house”, “aerating the lawn”, nose scraping, or good ole “picking the nose” … “give back” more than others - it’s like a good ole “scratch and sniff” book. that is, when scraping the pan of dried cake, the scents return, and are just as pleasurable as when they first entered the oven … Spanish Gem, for all of its accolades, deserves one more, it is wonderful upon entering AND exiting. The “come-backers” or boomerangs … I amuse myself discovering which ones give back like that. McC’s Apricot gives back some … and the Toasts, in general, exit with interesting aromas. But the champ for me so far is Spanish Gem. i can imagine the more exotic Indian snuffs can do the same as well. i have been through about 65 pages of threads, more to learn, but also to see what topics are covered so as not to repeat so much … and while “how to clean your nose”, “neti pot”, etc. all address the cleaning … nothing addresses the “scent upon picking”. not to offend with what may seem like gross behavior, but it can’t be helped with snuff, imho … and i am by no means gentlemanly enough to never “insert finger” to clear space for more snuffing. felt it was amusing, hopefully it amuses some on the forum … and not at all taking it seriously. even just squeezing the nostrils together will kick start a scent that i snuffed hours ago … perverse? maybe … true? yup…

I love when I pick my nose at the end of the day… I get whiffs of the stronger snuffs (mostly Bordeaux and Himalaya) while I’m picking. Thought I was the only one that did/enjoyed this.
You guys remind me of Mary Catherine Gallagher sniffing her armpits.

I won’t admit to picking my nose in public, but I’ve found good pinch of the nostrils will refresh some scents.
@snuffbrant - That was a rather eloquent and almost poetic way of describing such godforsaken unpleasantness! 
Actually I’ve found that if you’ve developed enough skill to casually take a ripping pinch in public and nobody notices, you’ll find you can just as easily go mining for nose goblins, and artfully roll & flick just as carefree as if you were checking your watch or tipping the waiter…

A little bit off topic, but this thread reminded me of something that happened to my friend. It seems he loved the Gawith Apricot I gave him, and indulge rather heavily before going to sleep at his mother’s house. I’m not sure if it was sleep picking, or sleep rockets, but he was awoken the following morning by his mother screaming at him. Somehow he’d transferred the bulk of the snuff from inside his nose to his mother’s white walls in the guest room…
Hehehe…I remember before I was a snuffer, when I was doing a lot of brake jobs on cars, or I’d be doing demolition work in the basement to “un-finish” a ratty finish job, I’d be horrified at the boogers I’d get. And now? Just the other day I was on a real vaping kick, didn’t touch my snuffs for 24 hours, and I was astounded to see…A NORMAL BOOGER! It was almost unsettling; I had to take a pinch of scotch after that…
Before I started snuffing, I was sanding a friends trailer so we could renovate it and when I blew my nose I was horrified, now it happens everyday! The worst thing Ive ever smelled is D.White picking, it smells like a pillow after a night of intense drooling. sounds gross but thats what I think is closest to it
I find that WoS Best Dark on the way out smells like a dogs pavement based left-behinds.
