Just another quick note of how great our little hobby is. I’m currently admitted to the hospital I had a flare up of my ulcerative colitis. What a great lift to take a pinch in my room whenever I want. In the haste of packing I only grabbed my HDT and whisky honey but they are serving their purpose nicely It’s a big comfort during this not so great time.

Eric, sorry to hear about you being ill and in hospital. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Sorry to hear this. Get well soon, hope they look after you well. After my heat attack, that was over 12 years ago. I was treat so well that I didn’t want to be discharged!

Thanks. Pain is tolerable. The morphine doesn’t hurt lol. I was tempted to ask my wife to bring more tins but she would get confused I have too many. I have a hankering for some D white!

Thanks Yup the wife is great, brought some.subway. You know how hospital food is lol. It was sad to see her go. Hopefully I’ll be discharged tommorow

The best place to be is OUT of a hospital sometimes! Hope you get feeling better.

I hear you on this one!!,i was in the hospital all last week with a Crohns flareup and my Toque Quit is what got me through. It does make you appreciate snuff. From someone that knows what your going through i wish you the best and hope they get the flareup under control fast.

Thanks for the kind words!!! This board has best community. It’s nice to read your kind words when I wake up. @buffalo wow finally someone that can relate to my condition. Funny thing is they now aren’t sure if it is UC or Chron’s… they are very similar. I hate the hospital stays I wake up every morning with the hopes of being discharged to no avail. They are pumping me with saline iv and steroids. With the amount of steroids they are giving me I believe another day or two I’ll be able to lift the hospital bed over my shoulders lol. The cramping is the toughest. What did they give you for pain?

You guys are the best… Cheers! I was discharged today finally glad to be home. Took a pinch of sun sher when I walked in the door. I sure missed variety I must say. Thanks for the warm thoughts it made me smile when I was in that bed.
