People are experiencing various technical issues when using the site, this may resolve but I want to start logging them so I can have them dealt with properly. Please detail the exact fault you have encountered on here and I will collate over the next week, please also include any issue that may have happened once or twice but has now stopped, with the exception of log-in issues that have been dealt with. As before, you patience is appreciated.

I’ve experienced my POST button greying out and not responding unless I refresh the page. Also, I randomnly get server side error screen pop ups which seem to have no effect or purpose.

When I type the website URL into my browser, i am redirected to this site: http://vanillaforums.com/filenotfound if I type www.snuffhouse.org. If I do a google search for snuffhouse discussions or something similar, the website comes up normally. Not exactly a problem for me, since I have the site bookmarked, but definitely curious. I am running Firefox 3.6.16 for Linux Mint.

I CONSTANTLY get “server error” prompts that mean/do absolutely nothing and have no effect on anything. Also, I’m not staying logged in now- which just started happening today. What in the world is going on with this server? Is it just temperamental?

Not a major problem - but now I seem to be logged in all the time, or at least every time I visit I’m already logged in, whereas previously it would naturally log me out after I’d left the site for a certain time.

I’m seeing multiple of the thread “Thuoc lao, Rustica - The bad news and the good news”. I refreshed and am still getting it.

Yeah, I’m seeing that too. FYI Using Vista and IE9.

Okay it’s keeping me logged in now. Not a big deal, but it was logging me out yesterday and I normally try to stay logged in.

The avatars still aren’t showing up for me since the change - it’s just a blank square next to the username. Although as I’ve said before I am using an outdated version of Internet Explorer so I don’t know if that’s a factor.

Just the mirror post thing- I post my comment and it doubles. Seems to go away once i go back to the discussion.

EDIT: I am also getting a server not found error when attempting to open topics. I am using Firefox 3.6.17 on Ubuntu 10.10.

Uploading a picture has now gone strange. This one is 374 pixels across, and comes out not much bigger then a postage stamp.

The log on issues should now be fixed.

Was unable to attach files using Internet Explorer 6. Changed to Firefox 2 and succeeded. Attaching files now no longer works irrespective of which browser is used. With IE the error is - {“MediaResponse”:{“Status”:“failed”,“ErrorCode”:10,“Filename”:“???”,“StrError”:“No file data could be found in your post”},“FormSaved”:true,“DeliveryType”:“VIEW”,“Data”:“”,“StatusMessage”:“”,“RedirectUrl”:“”} With Firefox nothing happens at all except the message “Done” in the status bar.
