My login info works fine for the website, but when I try to use the Tapatalk forum app, it says invalid log in information. Any thoughts?

I have a same problem mate.

After reading the terms I wouldn’t use tapatalk.

some personal privacy is still attainable, all you have to do is unplug your computer and cell phone and cut up your credit cards.

I wouldn’t use tapatalk if you paid me! I wasn’t even aware it was available for SH and I would urge you. Or to use it.

Mind elaborating why not? I’ve been using for other forums without issue, and find it a convenient mobile format

It doesn’t fit in with my OCD, things aren’t where they should be!! (It’s a personal thing).

I understand that forum software needs to have a special tapatalk plugin installed in servers order to work in users’ devices.

However, there’s been talk recently on how the plugin collects users’ emails and possibly other data even if users don’t use tapatalk themselves.  The company also uses annoying bait and switch tactics in their marketing. Buy a paid version of the software and you will still be shown ads, etc. I used to use tapatalk, but not for several years now.

I personally think that forum’s mobile version works fine without any extras. Actually, it’s visually nicer than the desktop version. IMO & YMMV, etc.
