I decided to try out a quick project. I took old Bernard Tap Boxes that had lost their stickers and added some new picture to make them look like old snuff boxes.

Are they refillable?

good idea … I made a  real tortoise shell well turtle shell one out off my turtles shell that sheads  . 

glue it on and a few coats of polyurethane 

Yes, you can refill them. Their is a very thin line that you can separate along the bottom and pull them apart.
