Rasili is a red coloured snuff. Watch out: it is very fine and easily hits your throat. So, be careful and sniff it very gentle. It refreshes your nose, has a slight perfumed scent and gives a little lift. Too fine for me, but worth a try.

This stuff smells like freaking car freshener,the one that u pop the can and stick under ur seat mixed with the pine tree freshner on the rear view lol. I’ve been smelling it for an hour and I couldn’t put my finger on it. It strikes a nerve in the back of my brain just from the smell alone and is oddly perfumy. I’ve only snuffed it once and I’m afraid of or now.

I think I ruined my Rasili, but I have 2 unopened cans. I find the Rasili too oily. Anyone else notice this? I like the scent and low menthol, but I found it very hard to snuff, because of it’s oily character, I’ve never seen a snuff like this, in which when I take a pinch, it shapes to the form I pinched, and if I pinch it and drop it on the back of my hand, it keeps in the mashed forms, and never goes into a free flow powder like consistencey. I thought maybe I’d dry it out, so I layed it out on a try for 2 days, being oil and not water, it really didn’t do anything. Then I mashed it between two paper towels,it seemed to have an effect, and it would mash up like mud, and I chopped it up with the side of a card, but that didn’t help it either, as when I tried it, it still would keep the form of the pinch, and be very hard to snuff, and even just fall out of my nose. Though now, I didn’t get the menthol even, and I think sitting it out for 2 days affected it. I think I may pitch this. Anyone else notice this with the Rasili? I haven’t noticed this with the other Suns.

I don’t usually leave my tins open for days at a time, or press them between paper towels. I find all of the Sun’s easy going. The oil keeps the fine grind in check.

I was trying to get some of the oil out of it, because if I pinched it, it would retain a firm form of the pressed pinch, and not be a free flow powder. Like little chunks. Oh well… Maybe it’s just this can, I have 2 others I haven’t opened. The other Suns I don’t recall being like this, I know the black one isn’t for sure.

That snuff looks good! Try putting some on the back of your hand with a snuff spoon. If any clumps you can gently break them with the tip of the spoon and snuff it from there.

That’s the issue, it won’t break apart, it all sticks together. I won’t break apart into a free flow powder. I’m guessing it’s a high oil content. I’ll try one of the unopened cans I have later.

Have you tried mixing it with Dholakia Sparrow. It may absorb part of the oils. Just an idea, i never had that much oily snuff.

Yes, I did try that, and it did help a lot, though it did change the scent some.
