Hello to all my snuff friends across the pond. Could you advise me on some of the best strong American blends I can get from MrSnuff. I enjoy Dhokalia white, Torque quit, Vikiing dark, SG black coffee and Kendal brown etc, and I’d like to try some strong American blends. Thanks in advance for your help. Mick.
Three Thistles and Bruton would qualify.
I haven’t had a lot of experience with scotches but my favourite so far is Swisher Superior. It’s definitely not lacking in smokiness or nicotine.

The strongest is Bruton, but I think its a bit too acrid tasting and also a little too sharp. Three Thistle Strong and Square are the two strong ones that I prefer, though I like most of them.
The Bruton is a bit sharp but I love the scent and the grind.

All American Scotches will seem strong to the European nose. I would avoid the sweet snuffs at first as the sugars in them can irritate some sinuses. When you ask for "strong’, the question arises, “Strong burn or strong nicotine?” If it is strong burn you are seeking Bruton or Three Thistles are what you want, but if you are looking for strong nicotine then Navy Plain or Railroad Mills plain are the highest in nicotine. Actually Bruton also has a good amount of nicotine too, but it has a flavour that is a little different than the usual Scotch.
