Storage ideas

New snuffer, would storing tins in a humidor be ok? Refrigerator for large items? Id rather they dont dry out

I was just looking at this thread. Humidifying Snuff
I’ve never tried this, but I had two humidors full of cigars that ended up in a storage unit for two years, and I just pulled them out this year. All of the cigars rehydrated to be good as new except for one on which the wrapper crumbled (LFD double ligero, one of my favorite, and now I’m wondering if I should make snuff out of it).
I also found a box of my old snuffs, some unopened. The moist ones are all bone dry, and I’m considering what I want to do with them.
I hope you get some more replies. I’d be interested to know if people prefer humidors, or something different.
I’ve also wondered about freezing. I’ve actually done this with a box of cigars, and they were fine, but I only risked it with some inexpensive ones I didn’t have room for in the humidor.

I have a suspicion that managing the humidity is actually the easy part, and that scents bleeding over into each other is really what you’d have to worry about.

I also have a nesco vacuum sealer. Without the nitro tank. Perhaps that may be an option too
