I have been really careful slowly letting myself have some of the Spanish Jewel. What happens when I run out! Anyone have any? I hope the Spanish Folly is as good as I think it will be! Anyone else trying? Roderick? How about the original? Where has he gone?

yah, what happened to the original spanish jewel? I hear nothing but good about this snuff, you would think something legendary like this would still be in full production.

It was never produced by a ‘company’, just a single individual with a true talent, so ‘full production’ was small & limited. Its still out there, you just have to know the right path to go down.

I’ve now got some snuff which is the nearest to the real McCoy I’ve ever been. I’ve mixed Rustica, Thuoc Lao and Dholakia White. Unfortunately I did not note down the portions. Members who want to try this will thus have to “mix and test” until they have it the way they like it. I still have ONE decent pinch of true SJ left and I will compare it with my mix tomorrow morning in a “fresh nose”.

To think about it how many snuffs have been that we’ll never even get a chance to replicate.

I still have at least a few pinches of the authentic and original SJ left. It’s become my happy occasion snuff. I only wish I’d been a member here when the last big purchase of it went down, as I likely would have bought half a kilo or more if I could have.

Naaa, it still needs a little bit of something which I think I’ve got. Will add a bit of “something” and let it rest for a while. @shikitohno, I would have bought atleast a kilogram!!
