Like the title says . . . I for one would love to see more Indian snuffs in the style of Dholakia Black. Fine, oiled, natural, heavily fermented, dungy snuff.

More historical snuffs from Molens de Kralingse.
I love blueberry and I have yet to find a blueberry snuff that actually and adequately captures the blueberry flavor. There is apparently nothing out there. I think I have tried them all now. Hey Johnny or Nigel! Do you guys like blueberry? I know either of you could more than do it justice.
I would sacrifice my short hairs if someone could make a mangosteen snuff that truly captures the “flavor” and aroma of this rare tropical fruit. It is a truly unique and magical flavor. But I am sure I will never see such a thing. But I can still dream I suppose.
I wouldn’t rule blueberry (or mangosteen) out Fred, but there are just so many flavour contenders out there and I am pretty much out of hours in the day. What I intend to do now is to release single batches of occasional snuffs when I get the time to make them - actually, St Casura was intended as one of those one off snuffs. I have various snuffs at the conceptual stage right now but I’m always open to suggestions. Personally I think it’s time for something less flavoured and more natural now.
Oh, I hope St Casura is NOT a one-off!
i hope Casura, firedrac and dragun menthol stay. i really like cafe11 and premium batch, but i really want to try dragun menthol, and firedrac & casura are snuffs i can see myself never getting tired of. they are core snuffs for me.
Everything already on the menu - the premiums, draguns and firedrac - are my core products and will stay in production as will (now) St Casura. There will be occasional short gaps in availability from time to time whilst I get batches ready but that’s just the nature of what I do. All future, new Abraxas snuffs will be one offs (or occasional runs) and I will let you know in good time @lunecat, and I’m packing a batch of Dragun menthol at the moment btw. I’ve been incredibly fortunate - and I never lose sight of that - that my snuffs have been a success and it means a great deal to me that you chaps have taken them to heart, so you will have them for as long as I am able to make them; I think Abraxas has found it’s level now and you should never have too long to wait for any of your favourite snuffs. Hope that clarifies, Cheers guys, Nigel.
Swisher STARR. It is the greatest toast i (could) by locally. I have an unopen 25g but fear swisher no longer produces it.
@CousinStuffy keep buying it and they will make it. Can’t find it here. I would like some. I have many other scotches (check the trade thread); trade some to me to help keep up demand.
@Abraxas, thank you for the encouragement and for the clarification, Nigel. I personally find it exciting that you will be doing some limited production snuffs. I know some blenders in the pipe world that have done this successfully. And when they blended something particularly popular and successful, it was put into regular production–sort of what it sounds like you are doing with the remarkable St Casura. The benefit of your limited run approach for us here at Snuffhouse, it seems to me, is that we will have a chance to experience far more of a range of your creativity and innovation by your doing the limited runs. And because of that same creativity, we will also have a chance to learn more about the potentials of snuff itself due to seeing you push the boundaries of acceptability, so that what was once marginal now comes closer to the center–rather like what you did with Dragun, Cafe 11, and FireDrac. I cannot speak for anyone else but your creations have changed the way I think about snuff. Sorry for the gushing, but I believe in giving credit where credit is due. More power to you, Nigel! I am glad I am here to enjoy the ride.
Thank you Fred, I really appreciate your comments.
- Anything from Toque but especially toasts - More SG flavours using the Viking Dark base (currently only 2, Peach and Dark)
I would like to see more cigar snuffs.
@SnuffySnuff try SG Firedance. im pretty sure its the same base.
@Firestarter0 SG Firedance was too sweet for me to recognise the base definitely, but I’d rather say it was the same as in SG Raspberry.
