Snuffing while driving.

What is your favored technique? Bullets look convenient, but around here they are used for other things, so I fear they might be bust-worthy. Does one just get the hang of pinching while driving?

I can’t get a good enough sniff from a bullet. Maybe I need to drill a bigger hole. If so I would use it. I use a flip top snuff box or the large smashbox that Mars has. Not a slider type, too had to close one handed. Get a good pinch and snap it closed. Your good to go!

I use one of Rajeks GP flip top plastic boxes off the back of my hand quick and works like a charm!!! You also have the option if you need to keep it only one handed process to shake the box and load the launcher for snuffing right from the box. These are also great for outdoors in the wind. Not sure how anyone plays golf with out one…LOL

@carol, I saw that picture of your motorbike. I would suggest you get a straw if you are trying to snuff while driving that thing

I uasaly don’t snuff much when driving. When I do it is at a stoplight or a vary strait road and the slide open or Packard’s Club boxes work best for me.

LoL…the Old Man told me I should get a deep-ish tin, and put it in the cup holder open. Then just reach in for a pinch when I want!

I use one of those hinged Gletscherprise boxes as well, though I usually pinch from it. I find I can open it easily enough one handed. Having said that, my wife is non too keen on me taking snuff while driving. She reckons it isn’t safe…

Ooo, I have one of the mini Altoids tins. I bet that would be better than the screw-offs I normally use for driving.

Watch out for the hinge on the tin, they are perforated and may spill snuff everywhere. Plus, they are not airtight.

I use mini Altoids tins, I have 2 of them. I think they work fine really. You might get some slight spillage, but not enough to complain about, to me.

I’d think they’d work ok, if used in the car and not in the pocket.

I think they are fine in the pocket as well. I have one in my hand right now, with snuff in it. The incredibly small amount of dust that might come out hinge area, to me, is not worthy of comment. It closes up very well, to me. More secure than Wilsons tins, I think.

Bullets do work great while driving.
